    Culver --- American Eagle 22 ammo has always been 40 per box . I found that out in the last century when I bought a brick at Dunhams in Southtown Plaza . About 10 years ago , I gave away almost a brick of Remington Thunderbolt 22 ammo . It was the dirtist 22 ammo that I had ever shot . It really dirtied up my Ruger pistol .

    Jack Corris used to own the Beach Comber . His red headed daughter Margie went to our school in Geneseo for one year ( Freshman ) . She was a knockout !

    THe Yard of Ale is in Piffard . I used to live about 200 yards from there when it was the Colonial Inn .

    Most of the farmers around here would welcome a person to shoot woodchucks on their farm property . I did this back in 1990 and got permission to shoot chucks . Then I got a couple of calls from farmers asking me if I would kill some on their property . I quit doing it when gas got up to $4 a gallon .

    When my kids were small , we camped a few times at Wellesley Island and enjoyed it . I havn't been there in over 30 years so I don't know how much it has changed . My daughters like fishing off the dock and the boys liked fishing from a row boat . We never caught anything big but the kids had fun so that made it enjoyable .

    Same here . We have been running the AC for a few weeks . Came home from a B'day party and the Gas Stove was on . 47 degrees outside .... 64 inside . I am comfortable .

    Went to the Auditorium last night to see the "In The Mood" musical . Driving down RT 590 was rough . It was raining so hard you could hardly see . It let up for a while and rained quite a bit last night and has been raining today . I might have to buy a boat !

    I was walking down to change the SD cards in a couple of cameras and came across this young buck . He didn't spook and was a bit inquisitive . Looks like his rack is starting to grow . He was about 40 yards away .... did the head bob ... took a few steps toward me and walked across the laneway and left . Didn't run .

    It won't bother me . I will bow hunt the whole bow season and fill whatever doe tags I can . If bucks aren't allowed , I will shoot them with my CAMERA . People spend $1000+ for a bow with accessories and cry about being charged $10 for Doe Permits ! Get real !

    Did where the bow was stored have anything to do with the breakage ? When I shoot my bow , the target is near my shed . I almost hung the bow in the shed but then figured it gets quite hot in there . It would have been a mistake . Will a new string and cable fix the problem or is it more severe ?

    I use my ATV to move stands before season starts and to get the deer out after I make the kill . I don't drive to my stands as I figure I would spook any deer in the area . I park my car & trailer and make the 1/2 or 3/4 mile walk . I have seen where some trespasser has dug up the horse trail on my SIL's property . Hopefully I will get him on camera .
