The shot was further back then I would have liked but the snyper broad head really did a number on her

It took 4 weeks to get a deer with in bow range yesterday I was sitting in my stand in franklinville and at 753 am I could see a big bodied deer coming out of the thicket about 60 yrds away as soon as he took a few Steps I could see I was a big buck he had his head down walking straight for my stand he gets to 24 yards and facing me so I'm still standing very still out of no where he looks right at me and takes off he was a beautiful 8pt some where in the 120s. So after the morning Hunt I decide ill leave that stand alone until next Sunday so I drive to east aurora to hunt a spot that I haven't been to yet this year it's loaded with doe. I make it less then 10 yards into the woods and almost got to shoot a doe at 15 yards but she was facing me I got into my stand at 2pm by 540 I had seen 8 doe had a few small ones with in range at 547 I had a doe at 23 yards made a great shot I could see and hear her crash I packed my stuff and took care of my deer while seeing 5 more doe I had the deer gutted and on the car At 612 pm my best day this season so far

I love using the wb. I use to always think it' was a little loud when I was drawing back but like wny said the now is right up against your face that's why it's loud to the person drawing it back. I put a piece of mole skin on the bottom of the rest where the arrow sits it works great you won't hear anything when you draw your bow back

I hunted one of the bow only areas this morning I didn't see any deer but I seen plenty of sign. And it snowed the entire time I was in the stand that made for a nice sit

I made it out for the afternoon hunt windy as hell and a huge gust of wind took my bow right off the bow hanger it fell about 18' hit the ground and bounce another few few this was at 530 pm pack all my stuff race back to camp out the sight on the bracket back to nailing a 2 inch circle at 20 and 30 yards now I can hunt the morning then buy a new sight when I get back to the city

I've never hunted either place but have also been curious about both I've thought about taking the. Bow to work and hunting one of these spots while working the north towns

Thank you everyone he's still in a lot of pain but the pain meds are starting to work on him he's still really scared so he gets worked up bad every time I need to move him. I feel like I've been do the doctors so much this past few month I have a 3 month old that was born with stage 4 urinary reflex and has both kidneys dialated the first 2 month were a nightmare but he was put on meds a few weeks ago and it's been such a great change he's so much happier and. Not in pain anymore

My wife called me yesterday after kin while I was at work Nd said I 4 year old son fell off o the monkey bars at school and was hurt she was on her way to the hospital with him I met her there as soon as they took the X-rays the lady looked at me and said can you see that yup my poor little man broke his leg he has a cast from his foot all the way up to his hip I feel horrible he screamed in pain all last night it sucks seeing your kid in that kind of pain and there's not much you can do to help

I was told by a dec officer before that you need to call them or or the police and usually they will put a tag on it for you or if you don't want to try that you have to use your own tag other wise it's illegal.

I jumped a few deer on the way to my stand this morning so I liked in the direction where they ran and a big doe was standing less then 10 yards from me she was very curious she wasn't sure what was happening after a few minutes I continued to walk to my spot and she walked with me for a little over 100 yrds or so then at 7 am I had a nice doe feeding along at 35 yrds but never presented me a shot

Buffalo gun center has them I thin they are $6 or so drying like that

I can't wait for cabelas to open up I just found out this week that ill be installing flag poles for the cabelas on walden 2-45' pokes and a 50' pole I love installing flag poles at places like this ill get to see my work every time I go there
