A bit late, but I'd speak to a manager or supervisor there and not waste your time. Demand in a polite manner that you felt it was the battery and told the technician that. I'd have them put my old starter back and compensate for time lost, or keep the new starter in the car and replace the $100 battery free of charge. It doesn't take a genius to use a voltmeter either. Any competent shop would have special battery testing equipment.

Elmo, if you decide on the Prius, get the plug-in capability that lists for $32k+. My buddy just got one for under $24k. PM me for the details. In regards to what a Prius can do vs a Camry, the Prius would be better since it can silently creep up to those spots with no noise at all.

If your lure is deep hooked, probably means you need to set the hook sooner. If using bait, I'd get the cheaper hooks that will rust out easier or go with a larger quality hook to deter the smaller guys from swallowing the offering.

I'm in the opinion that the city folks share more of the tax burden than the up state folks. On top of the state tax that NYC residents have to pay, we are also taxed an additional 5% for living in the city.

Although the GW is expensive, it's not yet as high as $25 per round trip, unless you are more than 2 axles per vehicle. The way it works is, you pay once going from NJ to NY, and its free from NY to NJ. This applies to all the bridges and tunnels from NY to NJ and back. Pay one way. It's currently something like $15 cash and $13 EZ pass I think.

Usually, brand new engines don't need their timing "chains" replaced. Matter of fact, I think most Honda's use belts. Smart move on the clutch replacement "while in there". Honda usually stands by their cars, great company.
