I agree 100%. Problem is the people making these bad decisions are those that took the course 10 plus years ago. They should be stressing safety and go over the basic rules like sunrise and sunset, identity target and beyond, etc. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 4

Hey now... Keep it clean in the forums and in the field. Highly suggest wet wipes, never knew the true value of these bad boys until I had kids. Just saying once you go wet wipe you never go back!

We looked into it pretty hard. Here is the deal, once you do it your locked. Its essentially like a contract, and understandably so because your getting a substantial discount on taxes. We did not do it (yet). I highly suggest doing whatever modifications, logging and any other changes to your property before hand. Once you are a part of the program you have to get approval for anything and everything. End result we hired a forrestor and we are having about 2/3 of our property selectivity logged next year. Some of that 2/3 is being hand logged, some is commercial, the other 1/3 is not ready yet. Just be careful before you make that decision to join the program and or be logged. Research is key.
