Two night sits in a row....zero deer!

So i decided to make my own this season. Dont ask why just figured i would give it a whirl. My question is...my nozzle on my spray bottle keeps getting clogged from the baking soda. What if i were to boil the water and baking soda so that it dissolved? Would that make it not work anymore?

Im seeing varying reports. But the afternoon/evening looks kinda crappy. Ill be out in the morning for sure. Ill play it by ear for tomorow evening -
Been notorious for a ton of deer movement and kills. Seems as though every year i miss it, but not tomorow! Anyone else have luck around halloween?

Went out this afternoon...none of the scrapes have been hit. I cleared a bunch and peed in em. Figure they havent been freshened since sunday morning.

Oct 30. Sat in my dads stand tonite. Its a better morning stand but figured why not. Didnt see a thing. Although i now have some bit fat gray squirrels on a hitlist! Probably try again in the morning!

Sat tonite in my dads stand. Its got a whole boatload of crabapples and thick junk behind it. Didnt see anything but squirrels. Might give it a try in the morning as it has been a notorious morning spot.

Maybe not the end of the world for certain areas. Agreed. But some areas will obviously take a huge hit.

Wayne yes. Good hunting? Depends where you are. I do know certain parts of the state dont have deer numbers like other parts. Thats where not getting doe tags and add on AR's kinda puts some hunters in a bind.

But that might be the case where YOU hunt. Its not the same all across the state and i dont think AR's statewide will fix that.

Could always try calling another eco. Maybe the info will get passed onto the right person.
