All the deer i saw shot this past weekend including monday all had horns. Nobody saw any does! Are they in hibernation?1?1?

Never saw a deer in the woods. 6 guys hunting we ended up with a spike, 8 point, and two button bucks from saturday til monday night. Nobodies seeing any does though...odd -
Saw zero deer all weekend and monday. Dad got a spike and cousin got an 8 point on saturday morning. Came back home and my dad and friend shot two button bucks. I never turned the safety off all weekend! Had fun swaying in the trees though lol. Hoping to hunt a few morning this week and hunt hard this weekend!

Headed down saturday after work around 330 to camp! Ready to let some lead fly! Only been out twice since i shot my buck. Seen a few does and small bucks. Actually gonna be a little picky with my buck tag for gun...at least for a few days. Does are wide open and fair game!

Yes probably true with most hunters. I cant sit during gun season...i do for a bit then i move around. Im sure with the rut picking up in some places it may not be a bad idea to sit for awhile!

This sounds alot like the deer dont move when its warm out garbage. They still act like deer and im sure many deer will be taken saturday regardless of weather.

Ill probably end up buying a boot dryer eventually. Too close to christmas though! Blue shop towels seem to be working good though.

Agreed. Ill be moving sunday no matter the weather. Gun season rolls around and i find it hard to just sit. If it gonna be a little warmer...im gonna make em move!

Thats what we do. Hangs in a locked barn or garage. People these days are getting bold. One of these times they are gonna get caught in the act...or at least i hope they do!

I fixed the tear with silicone. Right now i have some blue shop towels wadded up in it the toe area to see if that works. After that the hair dryer comes out!

Ill attest that they work. Found a bunch at the dollar store last year...they work great and i have hundreds of em in different colors!

Got a set and they developed a hole on top...unknown to me until i tracked a buck thru a swamp the other day. I dont have a boot dryer....any tips? They are insulated so i know this is gonna be interesting...
