Its 3:04 am and im wide awake. Ready to sit in the stand. Coffee brewing already and i wont meet up with hunting buddy until 6. Guess ill surf the boards and stir up some trouble!

I know its the rule. But a better paying job kinda over ruled that. I didnt shave with a razor...just trimmed it with my head trimmers lol. But it is what it is!

I feel your pain. Ive missed a few times already. Had deer come in behind me and i never knew they were there until they were out of range, i can hear them walking around in the crabapples but can only make out body parts....im with you! Tomorow is the day!

Thats how it seems here. They come thru in a cycle. Except for one spot...always seeing deer there. Its my ground spot and its fun...but hard to hunt. I keep doing it though with hopes of whacking one!

Gonna have to because the wind they are calling for, and the stand im planning to hunt...the wind is OK. Its not perfect but its better than it has been. So hopefully between that and some scentwicks itll blow over to em and maybe send one out to investigate!

Thats what im doing tomorow morning. Probably doe p but maybe estrous. The more i think about it, can it really hurt? Ill walk all into the woods and zigzag to my stand....but ill hang it in a shooting lane
