Heres a good one...get to my spot today and its warm out of course. Figure ill throw on the new light pants and hoodie i got on clearance. Thank god they were in a different bag than my normal stuff! Clothing and boots always stay in a bag in the back of my truck. Spray down with homemade scent killer. Never wear my gear until i get to the spot im hunting. Sometimes spray a lil vanilla cover scent on my boots Sent from my SCH-I200 using Tapatalk 2

Oct 2. Hunted in between water and apple trees. Had my 9 year old son with me. Had a big doe and a little one come in around 630pm. Big momma didnt like something and proceeded to stomp and do the head fake. Eventually she blew and they trotted off. About 20 mins later another doe came in from the same direction. She stopped at 20yards and i let the arrow fly. No arrow no blood no deer. Although my son was certain i whacked her. Checked again today but came up empty! Sent from my SCH-I200 using Tapatalk 2

Im headed back out tonite. A little earlier than last evening. This time ill have my dad an friends hunting with me so more people to help search. Shot the bow this morning...its dead on so. Not the equipment its me. Still not sure how i missed but it happens. Sent from my SCH-I200 using Tapatalk 2

Kinda mad at myself. Had i let her walk another ten feet i wouldve had a bigger shooting lane. But where i shot at her was still a good shot. I probably missed and my arrow went somewhere deep in the woods. Funny thing is i shoot aluminums and when they go in the woods you can hear em lol back at it again this evening.
