    Busted by two d in field walking to stand. Unlike hockey I refuse to belly crawl. I just waved and asked if they knew of any good spots to hunt. I guess the friendly approach didn’t work Bet they return.

    Heavy winds, hail, rain and sun at same time. Now it’s calm. Culver agreed that all we need is an eclipse and comet and it guaranties a big buck sighting. It’s all coming together nicely.

    Don’t have them much but man do I love a hostess apple pie. Probably 1500 calories and no nutritional value. Usually stick to nuts and cheese sticks.

    I can say that every buck I have on the wall was killed from a different stand and some from different properties. Best stand location is dictated by the bucks. We just try to figure them out. That said, we do have a couple that seem to be regular producers and some that are likely doe stands.
