No te preocupas. No lo se la historia. Estamos en acuerdo.

How accurate are those tests? I suspect even on my fathers side at some point in history, someone in the family was an immigrant to Italy. Who knows. Good news is that mutts tend to be healthy or so it seems.

That's interesting Elmo. Cool mix for your wife. My father is 100 percent Italian. My mother is 1/2 Swedish, 25 percent Italian and 25 percent German. I am a mutt. My wife is 100 percent Guatemalan but even then there is a mix of Spanish and indigenous people. Most think she is Asian by appearance.
-
I don't "conversate" in any language. I do have conversations and can converse in either English or Spanish. I only know phrases in Italian and wasn't trying to assess who is MORE Italian. In fact, I am 25% Swedish. Regardless, you are the one disparaging your own people, not me. My "never mind" was appropriate.

LOL - your username is truly a misnomer. What's your gripe against my people "diplomat"? Eh, never mind.

I shoot mechanicals from my compound, but happily have not shoulder shot a deer with them. I would prefer fixed blade if that was to happen. That said, I suspect unless I knuckle it, it would kill the deer.

Scout style or "standard" rifle for still hunting?
moog5050 replied to uberyan's topic in Deer Hunting
I use the low DNZ on my savage 220. Works great. -
I shoot 520g from an 80lber. I don't think I would go that heavy with 50lbs. IMO

Welcome - people tend to be very opinionated regarding x-bows so most threads turn sour.

There are some beautiful Weatherbys out there for sure. If they would only shoot straight like the Sakos I might own one. Sorry Biz, couldn't help myself. lol TTT
-
Cool - have a great B-Day!

You guys are picky. lol. Rails and arm rests are more of a pain for a longer recurve. They aren't in the way of my compound, just my butt.
-
I would say that comment is offensive if I wasn't certain she was looking at you the same way Pygmy.
-
I think that was Gatlin's response too. Just run faster and you will remain my hero! Or you could try to knock TF out with a Segway, but you better succeed.
-
At one point I wanted to grow up to be Pygmy, but TF, you are quickly taking the lead with your recent posts -- like Usain (sp?) Bolt over Gatlin at the 60m mark.
-
They use the same method to skin rabbit quickly in my wife's home country, but I certainly wouldn't want to wait by not field dressing a deer.
-
I had a college coach that could remove a butt with just a nasty stare and a few words. I just ask him to stop by when we have a deer down.

Really nice Grow.

Tree stand harness...what's everyone wearing?
moog5050 replied to mlammerhirt's topic in Bow Hunting
Tree spider bibs. Integrated harness. Love them. If it's real hot, I have a speed harness. -
Not sure how it works grampy but when Larry gave us some 30-30 ammo last year, he included 2 fireballs and phade and I both shot decent bucks. Draw your own conclusion.
-
Larry nailed it. No lures except fireballs. He counseled me on the fireballs last year.

Too hot outside so I shot a 20yd NFAA round in my basement. 262 with 1st shot in the white (splitting the 4 and 5 ring at 2 o'clock). Pretty much the norm for me but with no thinking or tweaking. Just easy today. Plus a new string on the recurve - wore the old one out. A good place to be as the season approaches. Feeling confident with the Widow.
-
That's all I shoot from my Sako 270. Shoots great.

Great bow!
