just read some of deadeers posts... WOW... id be real curious to see what a thophy hunters shoots since he passes all these deer, but i dont really care. I bet i passed more shooter bucks this weekend that just passed then hes seen all season. Just cause you pass deer doesnt make you superior to anyone else regardless the size of the deer. you cant eat horns... when you evolve as a hunter some tend to pass up deer, a true trophy is only in the eye of the beholder anyways. If hes happy with it thats all that matters. regardless of your wallmart theories there are plenty of guys in this state shooting monster deer. just cause they may be the ones passing smalls one doesnt mean their neighbors are...

had one almost on the tip, just to take that theory a step further LOL!

you will never shoot a deer that is not loaded with them at any time of the year... kill a deer take the hide off and see whats on the surface the next day lol

hes waiting for her to come into heat, shes not quite in and hes sticking around until shes ready. i have a 12 point doing the same thing right now... look at her glands in the back if they are snow white shes not quite in yet, if they are on the darker side chances are shes in or close to it.

he looks like a 4 1/2. i think he will go 140 deff... great deer, very nice

Well my bonus buck 12 point just showed up! Hit em with the can he came right into 18 yards looking looked up at me while standing in a shady part where no sun in his eyes took a jump and walked away. And let me add he looks bigger then the pics i posted in the trail cam section!!!

Im having the best morning. Had a doe come in at 830 big 7 following . Never saw the buck but got him on cam last night under my tree. They were walkin n runnin around my tree for 30 min. He gave me an 8 yard shot i passed they ran off, camr back i drew on him he was qauering to slightly, i let him walk again had the feeling he wasnt the only buck. A min later another doe shows up with a monster! He runs up the 7 then follows both doe and as im writing this a 3rd buck shows up it was a nice 8. Wow what a great morn!

Well after sitting all day n not one deer i left the woods a bit early lastnight and on the way out had a very nice buck running a doe all over. Got in this morn around 550 n when i was putting my clothes on i heard a deer stand up, one that one stood i heard another get up and thats when the woods woke up. For alittle less then 10 min as i got dressed i heard a buck running a doe in the dark and hard. As i entered through a logging road i thought it was the same buck from last night. I hear limbs breaking the buck grunting, its was crazy. Once all the camotion was going on i noticed deer moving around from a quite a few spots as i continued my walk. Well ive been in stand for about 45 min and im hoping the action is way better today! Goodluck guys

In stand now... No deer moving yet but i feel ill be putting a hole in one that rockets can fit his head in lol. All from my 2 blade. Goodluck fellas!!

might be a doe, its not totally un common for a doe to have antlers

backing out is indeed the best thing to do here. i wish you luck tomorrow on the recovery

but like i said prior you have to shoot what works for you NOT what you read about. If you are comfortable shootin a fixed or mechanical then stick with it, you dont have to change. but if your the type that isnt quite happy with what you shoot then by all means experiment and see what you like. there are plenty of companies out there.
