Went to my range with some non hunting guns . The Buffalo Bore .32s are Plus P, flat nose hard cast , adds a little zip to that round , its a bit more jumpy then Silver tips, but fed flawless, first time shooting them. I like that Tomcat , but when the LCP came out it got knocked out of the line up ,mostly . My AR 300 Blackout , shot great , really fun gun. 00 Buck through the Benelli, was a reminder why I’m glad I don’t have to hunt with shotguns for deer anymore ! I used to shoot a hundred plus slugs prior to deer season , by half a box of OO , I was thinking , this sucks . The Shield is daily carry, always run a box through no matter what other guns I shoot that day . Range is visible from one road, right away a pick up stopped and was checking me out , I turned and glassed him, then he drove away. Must be new , I’ve had that range there for 20 plus years . Fun time . For some reason I can’t load more then one pic anymore ...

Oh gosh 10 or 15 years back . They were changing spots , and kicked up a Tom , which ran and then started to take flight . Another Hunter was down range and shot at the bird, hitting the son in the face and my friend took a couple pellets , I forget where . DEC investigated , said shooter couldn’t have seen them , no charges .

I don’t turkey hunt much anymore , but I always wore an orange hat when on my feet , and decoys had orange surveyors tape tied on neck ,when carrying. But then I have a friend who was shot along with his son by another “ turkey hunter .”

Most boaters have no clue , they don’t know what , “ stand down boat “ means let alone , which boat is in a given a situation. Friend lives on Irondequoit Bay , last time water levels were high and the no wake Law was put into place , friends of his told him they were renting a boat for Forth of July weekend . The were going to tube, bomb around have a fun time , he said ,” you know there’s a no wake Law ?” Their response was , “ what’s a wake ? “ That’s what you’re dealing with . Class may be a start , not sure of its affect though . I have a friend who works on the Sheriffs boat , I’ve ridden with him, actually Forth of July week end as I knew the idiots would be out in full force . Their all about education vs enforcement , which is nice but not sure which would best bring about the desired results.

Actually I’d buy a Baja , if it was a bit bigger and well still made . I don’t haul material, work construction, tow large trailers , so zero need for large vehicles .

Coward for sure, but school resource officer is not a position known for attacking hard chargers . On the FD we call them duckers or NF’s ( non firefighter ) , and there’s only so,many staff jobs to hide them in . The Supreme Court has ruled the police don't have a duty to act , going with the “ special caregiver “ like here may be a stretch,but it’s the only shot they got . Also what was his training and the depts SOPs for this situation? We had a FF who F@#$ up , they tried to go after him , he said he was never trained in “ that “ . They could not prove he had the training , he skated , so from that day on , we “ sign the book “ after each training class .

There is no way I’d jump from boat to boat like that ,especially at the rear like he did . If you must , come on the drivers side and use your pike pole to pull throttle back .

I’m only a 5% er. Most of edging done, lots of weeding. To,do, then order 14 yards of mulch , Mrs wants to go darker this year ( easy line for Biz to jump on ) .

Got our first in ‘97 a Hot Springs for 7k , which at the time was pricey . Early ‘04 hairline cracks formed on the top of the shell where the cover rests . Hot Springs gave us a new tub , which is this one and has been largely trouble free since . Its used at. Least 2x ( many weeks much more ) a week all year but the heat of summer . If this isn’t a cheap fix, I’ll probably not replace it as I’d like to use the space on the patio for more furniture.

Got 300 feet of inlaid bricks , that go, around all the landscape and berms , been edging them ,although they have sunk over the years . Next ill' order 14 yards of mulch , I get that spread in a day , a long day . Want to replace my board on board fence around patio, but Lowe’s carries plain , so so fence , need to find a better source ,for two,tone semi private fence .

Like this beer, and $9 a sixer is nice . Sadly this may be the end to hot tub posts, it seems to have a leak, I’ll open the panel tomorrow and look around . Bought one in ‘97, in 04 the manufacturer replaced that one with the current one so it’s been a good run .

You’re better off that way, there’s restaurants in Roch. I won’t eat at because I’ve been in all parts ,from kitchen to basements .

Bow 8 and 25 yards. Gun, I don’t really know shortest ,I’ve killed a ton since the ‘80s never really kept track but it would be a few yards , longest I’d say 90 yards , shotgun , since we went rifle I don’t think I killed one much more then 60 yards .

They did laugh when I asked for a paper towel to wipe up the beer on the table .
