  1. I think you've nailed it. There are some whacked out folks here........I guess that is why some of us keep coming back; like looking at a car in a ditch, wondering WTH happened THERE?

Oh stop it TC..........maybe it's the BEER?
  3. I have a Mark I that is a pain.......every time I take it down I have to refer to Google!
  4. Ya jerk, you beat me too it.....
  5. Unless they've changed the law, it's one a day. (I'm referring to the spring season)
  6. A quick spritz of orange paint on the grass to make a line would be a bit cheaper...........
  7. Sporting clays yes but 90% of its use has been dove in Pennsylvania and a little pheasant hunting on preserves. Love that gun; 20ga with 24” barrel helps it swing real easy.
  8. As far as disassembly, I enjoy taking most of my guns down and doing minor maintenance. I don't know anything about the Vinci but if it has the same action as my SBE and Montefeltro, it's a piece of cake to breakdown and clean up. Heck I've switched safeties on both guns from right to left and back many times. (cleaning the burdock's out at the same time!) Disassembly of the centerfire rifles and ML'rs is pretty simple too.
  9. I doubt very few here will ever hunt in those temps so they aren't going to be too concerned. A number of years ago while we had some bone chilling temps (below zero) I left a couple rifles out in the shed to test things out. Because I generally leave the guns pretty dry inside, all rifles tested went "bang" with primers in empty cases. (my neighbors would frown on fully charged cases plugged with bullets) Another board I read often has a thread on freezing temps and bolt lube running now. A few people have chimed in and said for corrosion resistant use "Hornady One Shot Gun Cleaner" and for freezing temp lube try "Dri Lube".
  10. I'm an expert now........anybody has questions, fire away.
  11. Just checked (and sent sod a text) the ticks are 55 each plus 19 each service charge? Kosher?
  12. No, Greek to me. Heard of it but don't know anything about it.
  13. Thinking of going to see Dwight Yoakam at the Kodak Center in Rochester. Best way (if there is one) to buy tickets and are all seats decent? Thanks......
  14. I took it to Post Office late today, sent it Certified Mail. $3.85 I think.......and I can track it. Should be there on Friday.
  15. Did you send you're re-certification form in via USPS First Class Mail or some other more secure way, i.e. Priority, Certified, Registered?? My form is now complete and ready roll.
  16. It's going to be another sleepless night for FSW.........
  17. It isn't you or the money; it's work and family that kept me from my invite. (BTW, I have a feeling you'd be guarding my bags more than me guarding yours!!)
  18. Don't care about Antlerville. You changed your name to deflect attention from your business. Good move; associating your Four Seasons Whitetail business to such nastiness would be detrimental to longevity.
  19. LOL.......good thing Bizzy has a thick skin.
  20. Oh you're so full of baloney...........You're afraid that the name of your business "Four Seasons Whitetails" is going to be Googled/Bing/Yahoo and people are going to see the crap you spew and figure, "wow, this guy runs a business and we MIGHT buy some product from him, thus we'd be associated with his name?" That could be detrimental to a long term business plan for the family. Thus, the name change. Nice play Shakespeare.......... For eternity your business name (Four Seasons Whitetails) will be associated with threads like this. A thread that YOU have brought so far off course so you could promote your business. http://www.nydefa.org/profiles.php?i=201&g=220&p=1 Who or what prompted you to make the big change, your wife or other family member?
