  1. Good tips you guys, thanks. I picked up a spare ear bud (single ear bud) at Walmart last week for $7.00 and it works great. The other one (with two ear buds on it) is a PIA, always getting tangled up and all. I need to pick up a car charger for it now. Any tips on that? Anything I need to avoid??
  2. Thanks for the heads up, Mike. Are you planning to attend?
  3. Well Red, now we have a problem. I'd say the weather was only fair. Yes, it could have been much worse but to say it couldn't have been better is pushing it. <grin> Sunny, calm winds and 55 degrees would have been just dandy!
  4. Atta boy, Red! I saw that pole!! It was quite a showing. Did you print up some signs to sell?
  5. It was difficult to get good pics of the size of the crowd from ground level. I didn't see any trouble makers and only a few freaks. They were LOUD & PROUD! My crowd shots were early, before the rally really started. It was a good day for 2nd Amendment supporters.
  6. That is not correct. I'll send you a PM with a link.
  7. Geno.... I just sold the gun via another forum so it is no longer available. Buying a handgun this way is relatively easy, it just takes a little more time. You'd send me the money and a copy of your FFL to send it to. My FFL sends it to your FFL and then you take the bill of sale and whatever your FFL has and go to your county pistol permit people and they put it on your permit. Show your FFL your paper work and hit the road! Correct me if I'm wrong guys......although this thread will get locked up pronto so if I misspoke, start a new thread or PM Geno. Thanks guys!
  8. NEW PRICE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> $375 Shipped. $350 in WNY area.
  9. Wanna buy a Kahr CW9? <<Grin>> Welcome aboard! Whats your outdoor passion?
  10. Let's start with a "Kahr CW9". $400 We'll get that done THEN I'll hook ya up with a ride................<<grin>>
  11. You might not want one of those Citations.....I remember trying to R&R spark plugs on the damned transverse engine. What a nightmare.............. How much ya wanna spend??
  12. What about a "barely" used Kahr? It ain't like I'm trying to sell you a 82 Chevy Citation..........
  13. This would be the right one to practice on and there isn't much to go wrong? Plus there could be a nice meal in it also. <grin>
  14. I think I saw a puddy cat? I did, I did......
  15. Almost new Kahr CW9 (9mm caliber) I've only had it for a year or two and shot less than 100 rounds with it. She never bobbled or hiccuped once. $400 face to face in Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. I'd ship it also for a few bucks more.
  16. Very common all over WNY to still have horns this time of year. Did you see where I mentioned that I saw three fully racked bucks last week off I-990? I know plenty have already lost 'em but many others are still sporting the "gear".
  17. I did until recently. I was advised to quit due to a health problem recently diagnosed. Some of my pipes were bought on Ebay, others acquired locally. I've sold some recently on Ebay and have a couple others I'll be listing. Too bad but HOPEFULLY life goes on......... PS, no more cigars either. I've been a cigar smoker for 35 years and I haven't had one now in 5 weeks. What kind of pipes are you smoking? I had mostly Fishers that were made in Orchard Park, NY.
  18. I've never asked anyone about theirs or measured that on any deer I've killed. That is up to the taxidude to do, IMO. What did he weigh and how old was he? Those are the numbers that matter to me.
  19. I assume that is a lever action cartridge?
  20. Condolences to you & your family Joe. Remember the good times......... Travel safe.
  21. I have satellite radio in my truck and it comes on the Dish Network satellite at home. My favorite stations are Willie's Roadhouse, Prime Country and The Bridge. 60's, 70's, 80's & 90's pretty much covers it although some of the really old country from the 40's & 50's is pretty awesome also. Favorites? Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Ray Price, Dwight Yoakam, Buck Owens, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, George Straight, John Denver and good heavens I can't forget Waylon Jennings. And on the other end I dig Dire Straits, Tom Petty, The Cars, Bob Segar, The Eagles etc. Those I enjoy but would NEVER admit to? The Bee Gees, Hall & Oats, Prince, Madonna, Gwen Stefani (FREAKING HOT) and maybe a few others! But I'd never admit that I liked any of these in person or on the 'net so just forget about it....................... Oh, what do I hear right now..........Todd Rundgren "We Gotta Get You A women" Time to warm up the coffee..........
  22. Mmmm. I think (for once) I'll keep my mouth shut and fingers relaxed..................
