Thanks guys. Definitely resting up. Going to miss the bow opener this year which I have mixed feelings about but focus needs to be on health for sure. Have an appointment on Oct 2nd to get my stint out, then my nieces wedding on the 3rd. Hoping for some good luck coming my way soon.

Well I never got a chance to look for the keys this weekend. Friday morning I was driving to work and started getting really bad lower left abdominal pain. I got to work and was drenched in sweat and doubled over in pain. I actually drove to the nearest ER only to be admitted and scheduled for kidney stone surgery. Wow what a surprise series of events that turned out to be. Stone was to large to pass so surgery was only option. They also found my sugar was way out of whack so I also have to control that going forward. 3 days in the hospital was no fun. I have a few days off from work so maybe I can look for those Damn keys tomorrow. I will repeat the title of my original post, Gettin old stinks!!

Lol thanks for funny stories. Glad it's not just me.I didn't even look for them tonight. This weekend I will find them. Didn't sleep last night worrying about it too. I know it only gets worse from here.

I am not exactly sure when it started but recently I have noticed I suffer from CRS. I spent the last hour and a half looking for the keys, yes both of them are on the same ring together with no other keys attached to them, to my gun security cabinet. I am so pissed. I was in there Saturday to get my pistol out as my son and I were headed out for a hike and some fishing. I locked it and went to return the keys where I hide them but my son followed me. I remember thinking I need a new spot but can't remember if I picked a new spot or not. If I did, it's a Damn good one cuz I can't find em. I don't think I took them with me in my pocket so they have to be here. I hid the pistol in the garage for now but I have to find these keys. I did look up the website and you can reorder a key for $10. Man I feel like a dope. Thanks for reading my rant. Thought it might help me remember where I put them. No luck yet.

Went camping in Adirondacks last week. Caught quite a few perch, bluegills, and the fish in the picture below. Can anyone identify it. The largest one we caught was 8 to 9 inches long. Fish

Dang they were busy. Glad they weren't home.

Sounds like a success to me. We caught some perch and had a small fish fry. I also caught a few largemouth and one 20 inch pike. Tons of bluegill and smaller perch as well. We did catch a few fish that I have never seen before. Waiting for my buddy to send me a picture from his phone. I'm sure someone on here will know what it is.

Good luck up there. Just spent a week up there at Fish Creek. Fishing was not so great on the ponds and I would have loved to do some stream fishing but we ended up shopping in Lake Placid and went up to the Summit at Whiteface Mtn instead.

Lol that's some funny chit right there. And it should taste like black olives according to the label which amounts to the taste of dirt.

I'll be across the road at Fish Creek Pond starting next Sunday with the family and some friends for a whole week. Can't wait. Picked up a bunch of fishing stuff today at the Unadilla gun show and flea market. If you can, stop by site 288 for a beer. (Will be there starting 8-16 through 8-22)

I wouldn't eat any fish out of the Susquehanna anytime, or anywhere, but that is just me. I don't care for fish that much.

Had great weather for the PA trout opener last Saturday and Sunday. Limited out both days on stockies and threw back three brookies.(caught half on spinners and the rest on corn) Got my PA non resident license to carry while I was there as well. Great weekend spent with great company.
