Where have I seen that before?????

I visited Gettysburg for the first time a few years ago and planned only one day there. I wish I had planned for more! We had a private tour and learned so much more than just browsing around on our own. Incredible experience, I need to go back, maybe during one of the re-enactment battles.

I am glad you went to a local farm stand, that puts money right into the farmers pockets. It’s a pet peeve of mine when sellers try to pass off non-local product as being local. We sell every week at the local Regional Farmers Market.... we will be selling our fresh, picked from 10 miles away, local strawberries and some clown is pitching berries from California as being local too. Wegmans is guilty of it too! The 60 day corn that is usually started under long rows of clear plastic is probably about 2 weeks away from first picking here in CNY Maybe 1 week in Southern NY. I have not heard about corn grown under a greenhouse, I suppose it is possible.

Also had this pic from same camera which I thought was cool. I think she is at least 3 and a half, maybe 4 feet off the ground. I know they can jump higher, but it is cool to catch them on camera. I think her fawn was trying the same thing earlier.

Been a little lazy on retrieving cards, but this set will rejuvenate my desire to get more cameras out there! I had this pic from 2019 and he was one deer I would have loved to see in person! I know I went out several times, just with this deer in mind. He looked old in 2019 and even with the damaged rack, I would have been happy to take him! Here is a pic I just downloaded this morning. Looks like he made it to March anyways - hopefully he is on the mend and rebuilding for this fall!

My "go to" lure is the Bagely Big O in crawdad color. I have caught just about everything that swims on it. I have other colors, but rarely use them. For a long while I was stuck on Berkeley Power Bait Grub with twisty tail, the front of it was brown and the tail was chartreuse. I don't think they make them anymore and I only have 1 or 2 bags left. For walleyes, I always did good on a "Walleye Assassin" in Glow with a bright green paddle tail. Another one that I can't find anymore, Wal Mart always had them.

I have never done it myself, but I know some people do. It supposedly reduces potential for fungus and mildew. I don’t think it hurts if you decide to do it.
