thanks! im pretty excited. he is supposed to come out on the island here and try his hand at some bass fishing off the point and in return im going out there for a week or so. this past fall/early winter he sent me some pictures of some REAL nice deer shot on a few local farms.

I was invited to hunt whitetails this coming year in Indiana. I am always up for something new but was wondering if anyone has had any experience with hunting out there. The two counties he has permisson to hunt are Jasper and Pulaski. Any info would be great.

Made out pretty well out east here. Some trees, limbs and a few power lines down. I'm out and about now and the deer are few and far between and super skidish. Can say I blame them.

yeah i got all mine out. Just started two weeks ago. Going to let them sit for another week. Fear the chiggers and ticks going to get them.

How far out east are you scouting SSSURFER?

same here i spearfish almost everyday the viz is good. Was stopped twice neither time i was asked to show a license.

haha!!! Thats good. I know one guy was dumb enough to put the bait out infront of his trail cam and they used the pictures taken as evidence against him. DUMB ASS!!!!

Some officers are tricky though and they will give you the fine and confiscate your hunting equipment bow, stand, ect.... whatever was used "during the crime" and say that they can get it back after their court date. Then the make the court date the week after the season has ended. So you still have a license.....just no gear.

WOW! because its not posted it should be like an invite to hunt???? are you kidding???!!!! I have a piece of property that is not posted and would love to see you try and use that excuse. Like I said in my previous post 5 years 7 trespass charges and NO POSTED SIGN. Just had the right paper work filled out, I's doted and T's crossed and all charges stuck.

Not sure where you got that exact information from Ford but i know of a piece of property 18acers out east where it is not posted and no house and in 5 years 7 guys have been charged with trespassing. The home owner has a notorized letter and a copy of the trespass affidavidt signed stating that no one had permissioin to be on the propertry and will be charged with trespass. The reason for no signs up is that he feels it looks "tacky" and out of those 7 charged, 7 had to pay fines in the court
