  1. ISIS, Al Qaeda And The CIA: The Documented Connection http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-12-17/missing-link-islamic-state-iraq-and-now-documented-cia-connection
  2. I filled my buck bow tag, refused to fill any Doe tags and was very under-motivated to fill my regular season tag.One was enough this season. I actually saw a decent amount of yearling bucks at the start of bow, but have seen very few doe or fawns this season.
  3. They are not giving us the true story. The west has created, emboldened and armed ISIS in order to maintain the perception of the moral high ground and use these nut-bars as a proxy force to unseat Assad and destabilize the region. France actually started bombing Syrian national forces after the latest Paris attacks. They have no interest in ISIS.
  4. Didn't have a good winter boot this latest sale, but I picked up a nice pair of lacrosse chukka shoes for work for $25 Thanks!
  5. Yeah, looks like someone thinks you are trespassing.
  6. All the more reason to eradicate my local population. Thanks for the reminder and the motivation.
  7. My Neighbor and I are looking to lay waste to the local yote community. Probably start tomorrow evening. Pics to follow.
  8. You'll enjoy doing some research then . I've known for at least 15 years. It's not something the powers that be like to talk about. There was huge public outcry by locals at the Grand canyon when the UN heritage site sign went up. They were forced to take it down, but the site remains under UN mandated control. http://www.unesco.org/mabdb/br/brdir/directory/biores.asp?code=USA+45&mode=all http://nwri.org/the-wildlands-project/un-biospheres-and-world-heritage-parks/
  9. You also have UN control to contend with now. The Daks are now labelled an 'international' biosphere reserve. In 1972, our government signed the United Nations' World Heritage Treaty, a treaty that creates "World Heritage Sites" and Biosphere Reserves." Selected for their cultural, historical or natural significance, national governments are obligated to protect these landmarks under U.N. mandate. Since 1972, 68 percent of all U.S. national parks, monuments and preserves have been designated as World Heritage Sites. Although it has not happened yet, under the World Heritage Treaty the U.N. has the legal right to someday restrict us, as American citizens, from visiting our national parks In 2002 Senate Bill S. 2575 (American Land Sovereignty Protection Act) was introduced to protect sovereign control of our parks. It was not enacted.
  10. Swedish govt in “panic” after ISIS letters give 3 days to convert to Islam or be decapitated http://www.jihadwatch.org/2015/12/swedish-govt-in-panic-after-isis-letters-give-3-days-to-convert-to-islam-or-be-decapitated
  11. Not for Islam. Palestinian women leave their children behind to go out and die attempting to stab a Jew on a semi-regular basis. Islam is currently training child Jihadists all over the mid-east and the Islamic world. They don't think like me. It is dangerous to discount or ignore a culture and world view because it is alien to one's own view of things.
  12. More projection and presumption C. Are we surprised? We are not. And C...should rational people not be concerned about an enemy that wants them dead or submissive to their way of life, and who have no fear of death themselves? Do you see something irrational in that concern? Do tell.

  14. I found this from an old thread: http://huntingny.com/forums/topic/13198-found-a-dead-deer/?p=169240
  15. just went back to the site of my encounter for a final look. Distance was quite a bit more than I first thought. Almost certain I went under his belly and grabbed a bunch of hairs. I will have another good look round tomorrow am, but I think he is OK. No yote action where the encounter took place. warm as hell tonight
  16. Barrage of shots just resounded through the woods. People emptying their magazines it seems.
  17. Got a shot off at a nice 8 this evening. He jumped straight up, but there was no blood and a small amount of white hair. Tracking was further complicated by the fact that this animal had been pushed toward me by two neighbors. I just shot him as he crossed right into the property, over the line. Before this, I saw two doe coming toward out of some thick stuff. I wasn't really in full on hunt-mode. A spike had trotted past at 30 yards 15 minutes earlier. I decided to sit a little longer and see what else might come by. It occurred to me that people would be pushing on this day.It was about 3:40pm when the action began. So anyway...one of the doe kinda spots me and we are both locked up, still as can be. They eventually turn to head back away from me when all of a sudden they turn and start heading my way again. Then I see bone, a decent amount of it, walking through the stick stuff behind them. There is a good size Buck in the party. Can't believe I am getting a look at him on this, my final day in the woods. Suddenly, one of the doe comes tearing past me on my left, about 30 yards off. I think she has seen me and so I am expecting all the deer to vaminos. But no! The Buck first runs away from me at an oblique angle, about 50 or 60 yards, and then makes a hard right turn to chase after the doe. He has no idea I am crouched behind a dead tree. The Doe is already stopped off to my left so I am nervous about raising the barrel to catch the Buck coming in. She doesn't see me but runs off from the Buck as he crashes in. I don't have a shot at first, too many branches, but then he stops, perfectly framed between two hemlock trunks. I'ts about 30ish yards. I shoot high on the shoulder in anticipation of the slug dropping. He leaps right up in the air, then runs down into a ravine, but instead of heading deeper into my woods he turns back into the neighbors. I am somewhat miffed at this. I wait a while, then I hear some crashing around. I am hopeful that it is the buck on his last legs. No,I see orange. A neighbor is coming right toward me as he heard the shot. I stand up and wave. He wasn't overly friendly first as he thought I had shot the animal on his property. I got lucky, the deer was over the line, even though it turned and went back into his patch. We find some white hair, but no blood.I did a quick circle of the area, but there was good sized tracks going in several directions. The deer would almost certainly have turned off in another direction when he heard the neighbor coming for me. His son arrived on the scene. It was he that had pushed all the deer my way. They had attempted some kind of pincer move. I was in the middle of them. We parted on decent terms after shooting the breeze, but it got dark and so tracking was out of the question. I will go back in the morning and revisit the site and see if I can find the largest set of prints to follow. The guys knew the animal, he is a nice 8 with good mass, not too high but a good looking animal.Hopefully I just tickled his belly and he lives to see another year . An exhilarating end to the season!
  18. This is naive and dangerous. The FBI has received zero help in identifying radicals from the Muslim community in the US since 911. There is a strong group think going on here that is undeniable. See the story I linked to above.

  20. I found a dead 8 point with a nice rack on one of my hunting spots a few seasons back. Flipped him over a couple of times. No blood or wounds. I'm thinking it was a car hit and maybe internal injuries that got him. Anyway, his skull and horns are on my wall and I do enjoy looking at them above my office space. Sure, it would have been nice to have harvest him myself, but I'm glad I found him before the yotes or another hunter.
  21. They're only yours if you get your hands on them after the hunt and tracking.
