Just another sad aspect to the deliberate de-industrialization of America. -
Describe the techniques you used to attract deer this 2015 season

Tried using my dog as a live decoy. No joy however: -

I'll exchange 3 of our 4 cats for it. Tempting? -
I recently lost a set of car keys. It wasn't a case of forgetfulness though. Someone had moved them on me and they ended up stuck down the back of a couch. The only reason they were found was due to one of our cats barfing off the back of the couch which lead to a clean-up operation and consequently the keys were found after about 3 weeks. I was almost sure I had accidentally tossed them into the trash.

I wanna see pics of 1 inch groups in deer. Otherwise much of this discussion is moot. Yes, rifles are more accurate over distance and in terms of repeat-ability. But when you are shooting through the woods at average ranges of 20-40 yards, like me, it doesn't count for a whole lot on the day. Dropped this guy at 45 yards with the Rem 870. Heart shot:

Left vs Right

Of course he can't. The left is all about narrative and not facts. As long as the narrative sounds good,no facts are necessary. -

Which races were demeaned? You seem to have this info at your finger-tips. Do share -
Yup, My Rem 870 loves the slugger. I tried a bunch of more expensive shells, and the cheap sluggers were more accurate than any of 'em. Finding the slug your gun likes is important if you are going with a non-rifled barrel. I also do not use a scope, just turkey sites, and I know that I need to keep things under 50 yards.

Left vs Right
The_Field_Ager replied to Mr VJP's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
The last one, most definitely yes. Some 'values' leave a lot to be desired. In case you haven't been watching the news, Europe is on the verge of social unrest , possible civil war, as a result of an influx of said 'values'. Tell ya what. I'll send all the Jihadists over to your house when the poop starts flying. Hows that sound? -

This post was a raging maelstrom of incoherence and logical fallacies. Not to mention the gross misrepresentations. If everything being 'my way' means the way of the idealists who founded this great nation using classical western principles as a guiding light, and not the way of the Jihadists or leftist social engineers, then yes, that is exactly what I want. You seem to think that is a bad thing. Interesting... -

You'll have to take it up with former communist David Horowitz. He has explained all the tactics in his various writings. Plus we see this approach taken every day in our local party members -

Feigned indignation, and being in a constant state of Butt-Hurt, is the latest in left liberal tactics to shut down whatever it is they have in their sights currently. Never back down. -

Anyone wondering about the tactics of our local leftists need to become acquainted with the writings of David Horowitz, both to understand their methods and also how to counter them. Don't ever back down, don't ever apologize. Civilization is at stake. -

The Anti Christ haters would love for the defenders of the Christian West to take a day off. Meanwhile Christmas celebrations are banned in schools and places of work across the land with nary a peep from your ilk. We're on to you. -
Work horse trail cam??? PRIMOS
The_Field_Ager replied to BBDEric's topic in Trail Camera Reviews and Info
I've had good luck with 50 dollar wild game innovation cams. Most have excellent range and adequate pic and video quality. The one with crappy range get's set-up by oak trees or pinch points. I just ordered a 45 dollar Moultree from Amazon. Keen to get her tested. -

Pattering mature and wise deer for harvesting is far more enjoyable than shooting the many feckless crotch horns that piled up under my stand this year. You like fishing in a barrel too?

I've been inspired to take a trip round the property and check all the nooks and crannies.
