All of mine are toys and not serious hunting guns so all but 1 have the same cheap scopes that all my other toy hunting rifles have redfield 2-7. My 358win with a 16" barrel has a vx-3 1-5x20 only because I don't have a better place for the scope yet. To my knowledge they don't come drilled and tapped for irons so you would have to have that done, they do come with an excellent scope mount. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I don't like the idea of AR's either I was talking about new hunters in general. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Hypothetically what if new hunters were guaranteed doe permit for any weapon instead of allowing them to shoot a spike? This is something I have supported for a long time before AR's were considered. I live and hunt in areas where we don't get dmp's so I had to wait for a buck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I highly recommend blackhorn! So much cleaner and more precise. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As I have said all along. I don't have a side in this argument because none of us including dec have even the slightest clue as to what the actual age of harvested bucks are. I will not support a single change by dec until they can figure out a way to accurately record and report harvest data without guessing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

So if understand this correctly there would be AR in the Adirondacks? This would make absolutely no sense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I know I don't compare to some of you guys in quantity but what do you do with the beards? I want to do something different than this. Rainy day today and I was cleaning my bow room and decided I want to do something different. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It is by far my favorite buck I have killed. Killed him in the boreas pond area. I was about 5 miles from the closest dirt road. Thank god a buddy was with me to help me pack him out, dragging wasn't an option. I watched him chase a doe around a swamp for an hr and watched them bed down under a hemlock. Couldn't see them for a couple hundred yards but was lucky they stayed put I shot him at about 15yds in his bed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yea, I can't wait to do it again with the longbow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have killed most of my bow deer on the ground still hunting. My favorite one was a 160lb 8pt I shot in his bed in the Adirondacks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I don't know if you guys have seen the major league fishing but that looks like a blast! Knowing what the other guys are catching as they catch has got to be nerve racking! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You call a large majority of hunters scumbags and pieces of **** then make a post like this.haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Oh yea, cast lead at 1000fps is about perfect for running bunnies. Yea they aren't easy to find. Gun broker had a few whelens last time I looked. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hard to beat a 35 rem, if you need more you can always make it into a 358win. Or you could get the whelen and load it down to a 35rem or 358, hell you can load it down to 38 special and use it for squires and bunnies. I'm willing to bet I was the only one this winter to hunt rabbits with a pump 35whelen:) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Eh, I'll take scumbag I have been called way worse. I only want a couple deer a year and everything else I give to elderly family, if that makes me a scumbag oh well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
