  1. My boat is going in one way or another by the end of the month. Even if it means making a midnight run to the state ramp down the block.
  2. CDC calls the shots when you test positive. My friend is going on 6 weeks now. They still tell her she can’t leave the house even though she no longer has any symptoms. They have very strict guidelines. I call bullshit that he ever even had it.
  3. https://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/nyc-reports-thousands-of-additional-deaths-city-toll-tops-10k-despite-signs-of-hope/2374646/ is this better? It’s being reported by a lot of different news outlets. They are adding to the death toll with no knowledge of infection.
  4. But given the fact that he should be under quarantine, why was he outside?
  5. If Cuomo is doing such a great job, why are we 6.1 billion in debt? Yet he gave himself a $79k raise over the next 3 years to be the highest paid governor in the country. NY is a joke right behind California. We are laughed at by the rest of the country.
  6. My ancestors are from Italy and Ireland. But I was born and raised here. I also love my country. I think it’s funny as hell that someone called him Fredo and he lost it. He needs to have a thick skin if he’s going to put himself out there living in his big brothers shadow.
  7. Then why did he bring it up on his show? Also, did you not see the video when Fredo lost it in a bar last summer? Even if those aren’t his exact words, why is he outside? A friend of mine tested positive in early March. She is better, yet she is still under quarantine by the CDC.
  8. Reports are that the death toll is being inflated. I wonder why. https://dailycaller.com/2020/04/14/nyc-numbers-coronavirus-death-toll/ NY is 6.1 billion in the hole according to this article from last November. The fed is also paying $32k for every Covid death. https://nypost.com/2019/11/22/new-york-state-faces-6-1-billion-budget-hole-next-year-officials/
  9. Why is Fredo outside if he has the virus? https://apple.news/ABx5uPHf0SOOb1S5BKSjeZg
  10. I won’t name names, but I think someone has a severe case of TDS!
  11. LMAO. People outraged by a single word Trump uses. But support Biden amid sexual assault allegations, sniffing hair, kissing his granddaughter on the lips, and not knowing where he is or what office he’s running for.
  12. Still working full time so it’s business as usual for me. Only real savings has been at the pump. Did my weekly fill up at Costco yesterday. $1.59 per gallon.
  13. I was a teamster as well for about 15 years. The union isn’t what it used to be...
  14. I’ve seen similar threads on other forums and I thought that I’d create one here. With some people out of work and others still working, I thought it would be interesting to hear what kind of work you do. I’ve been in several different trades over the years, but right now I’m working solely as a crane operator and I’m working every day. It’s by far the best job that I’ve had, and my body is getting a much needed rest after all the abuse that I put it through over the years. What about you?
  15. Less traffic and no bars= no dwi’s and less accidents. Less people working = less work related accidents. No sports= less injuries. Everyone is being a homebody and trying not to get sick. If they do get sick or are injured, the hospital is the last place they want to go. It’s no wonder that there is a lack of non Covid patients lately.
  16. That wood is the hardest and most dense wood I’ve ever seen. I think it would be hell trying to turn that wood. But you’re welcome to try. I have plenty.
  17. I wonder how Fredo is doing? Is he still on the air?
  18. Everyone from the city is in the Hamptons now. And there’s plenty of yoga pants on display today where I’m at. Very distracting.
  19. I’ve felt that way about him before this whole virus thing. I’m am going to string him up No. but the public should open their eyes and vote him out. But the issue at hand right now are lives are at stake, and if cutting some red tape to make the drug more readily available to people who need it BEFORE they go to the hospital, it would be worth it. Out government needs to put politics aside are start working together for once.
