    How the term "once a spike always a spike" ever got any traction at all boggles my mind. I see 5-7 different yearling spikes a season and have only seen a couple older spikes in my 24 years hunting deer

    I actually play pretty well there when I hit it straight. We did play from the tips once and I shot a 115! There were fairways I couldnt reach, it was actually a pretty miserable round of golf. From the tips under championship conditions, forget about it. That rough is unbelievable. The West is the more difficult side in my opinion

    We don't have to wait up here thankfully, and we've got some fantastic public courses between here and Rochester. Ive also got family at Oak Hill so I get out on that beast a few times a Summer, just to remind myself how terrible I am

    One of my favorite things about golf is seeing different courses, so I dont think I'll ever join a club. Id rather invest in a camp somewhere
