I am all ears on this....give us a step by step on roosting technique. Im not great at it, and honestly i think the art falls off as property size shrinks. Smaller parcels equals less roosting chances.

I beg to differ. Red IR is damaging imo. Noise comes from filter changes. A good cam has 2 filter moves in 24 hours. Some have more movements because they don't have good light metering. Or, just a crappy cam. A cam that makes noise is worthless - the Moultrie 990 this year has a noise issue - not generated by the traditional filter movement - and that should prevent purchase until they officially fix it. A normal cam however, two filter movements is a non-issue. Noise occurs all the time in the woods...constant red glowing orbs do not. Tell me those red ir vids aren't scaring those bucks away. Filters were already lowered as they were not the first night vids from that night.

That's why red IR is so dangerous...video really shows the damage done with mature bucks. The first two videos, they are spaced out more than a month. The cams were also set out for more than a month on each soak...so the intrusion was not really a factor.

And chances are, they'd need that go ahead to do so before the booklets are printed. I doubt they would act after the booklets are printed. Usually that's around the end of May. If it is passed, I bet we'll see similar allowance as last year, and then full inclusion next season.
