The 7 was 73 3/8 and the 8 was 77 3/8. (Gross of course). Now that you guys clouded this with impressive bucks... the next 2 will be bigger.

Wow lamb casings are a pain! But they look good. 5 lbs of Sicilian sausage and 5 lbs of hot pepper and cheddar headed to the smoker tomorrow.

I posted Corned venison. For pastrami you coat with black pepper and smoke. “I have been using Morton Tender Quick with excellent results. Boil 2 cups of water with Tender Quick (1 tablespoon per lb of venison), pickling spice, brown sugar, garlic and juniper berries (optional). Once dissolved, pour over the roast (I use a large ziplock bag) and add enough cold water to fully cover the meat. Let it sit in the fridge for at least a week; then rinse and simmer for a few hours until it is done to your liking.”

Not me. I hunt a few parcels, and shoot what shows up. Relaxing, fun, enjoyable, delicious. Maybe I’ll do it your way someday... but I’m good for now.

Small boats a Lund and it’s awesome. But they are $$. Big boats a Tracker Targa which is a great, affordable option. Wide and deep enough to handle pretty decent chop. Definitely worth a look. I’m really impressed with space and rod storage.

For the first time I (very roughly) scored some of my old bucks... it was cool to see how they compared to each other. I was thinking in the upcoming hunting drought Ill throw up the pictures of the bucks on the forum then the score. (Gross score of course!!)

I think the decision to get a vaccine is a personal one that doesn't require influence from the media. Either you decide that the possible benefit outweighs the risk, or it doesn't. The same decision you make with any other vaccine, medication, surgery, etc. I'd recommend doing a little more research before simply saying No to it. Especially if you're in a "more experienced age bracket". But as always.. Choose what you are comfortable with, and let others do the same.
