Rumors of Rochester suburbs getting hit tonight... hope it’s not true. Closest it came to me last night was a sneaker store that’s like 2 miles away. We walked to CVS this morning and they had boarded the windows in advance. It all sucks.

I v been to that zoo a million times... there’s not just a gate to open and let the lions out. And even if you did, those lazy bastards wouldn’t move anyway.

I was fine with the old one, but my wife was afraid kids would ruin it. So the family heirloom stickley is in storage and she got this bad boy for everyday use. I call it the picnic table.

Finally got around to finishing this project. I made stain from black walnut husks and got the antlers tinted. My dad got this buck 15+ years ago on his farm, and I mounted it on a piece of black walnut from the same property. It’s now the official bottle opener of my basement.

With work and family stuff this was the first trip out in the boat this year. Talk about a late start. Went out on Hemlock and couldn’t get the fish to cooperate. Trolled up a small laker and a fat smallmouth. What a beautiful morning tho.
