  1. I had no idea, thank you for that knowledge, appreciate it.
  2. Have fun Grampy! i started cutting my own about 15 yrs ago, I said if they can screw it up, so can I. I was surprised at how easy it is. coincidentally, I have the same kit, but now its about 4 yrs old. I had a corded one, but it became dull over the years.
  3. Next GTG.... I am not disappointed for not liking fish, but if an opportunity arises, I will try it.
  4. Never a bad experience, just never liked anything about it. Jenn likes fish, and I want to like it, I will ALWAYS try a bite when she has it. Never been a fan.
  5. Yes, but even shrimp I was always weird about. They have to be on the smaller side, and overcooked. Fish....NO.
  6. Decided to set the cast iron pan aside tonight, and use a drip pan under a broiler. Well the drip pan was feeling a little frisky, lets just leave it at that. its funny, but its not.
  7. Train wreck. Thanks @Robhuntandfish lol
  8. I am working as normal, even have overtime tomorrow, go figure. I feel like if I had a career where it would be possible to work from home, that it would be difficult to concentrate. It looks like you have a nice quiet place to do your work Moog.
  9. Yesss, Mighty Taco was flying in our kitchen too!
  10. I’m on a bacon swiss burger kick this week.
  11. I have experience with making fresh moose burgers, if ya don’t mind my two cents. I only add a pinch of salt, and black pepper. The meat is so lean that it does not stick at all to your hands during the burger forming process. The meat tastes very clean, I too prefer it over venison.....its almost refreshing.
