  3. Costanza’s “Pepperjack Hot dogs” courtesy of my friend TurkeyFeathers. Again, very much appreciate it. Absolutely delicious! These are club rolls for those not familiar with these dogs. I topped them with my own homemade chili. Lastly, the cuts in the dogs were to take the curve out of the dog, so it would lay in the roll better!

  5. lol, nope definitely not just you. I fell asleep during an Adam Sandler comedy act...I work so hard that when I finally sit down, I typically fall right asleep unless I am driving, or I am genuinely interested in what I see.
  6. I like this a lot. I love wood decor, and my grandma(mom’s mom), and i used to play Yatzee every Sunday. Boy this reminds me of her, and how I’d like to play just one more game with her, with these.

  10. I edited my previous post, with this info, as you were asking, haha. here it is copy/pasted.... I add a skim coat of veggie oil with paper towel, as the pan is warming up. Once I am ready to put the eggs in, I use a pinch of butter like I have always done in stainless, or teflon. Works for me. Also! I do not overly heat the pan either for eggs. Just enough heat prior to the butter browning. I used veggie oil because I only have that, and olive oil. I read that olive oil has a very low smoke point of 320 degrees, which is less than veggie.
  11. They have been turning out perfect every time, honestly! Being the pan fully heats up evenly, makes ALL the difference. I can see why you say your dad loves cooking eggs in cast.
