    Heading back out in 10 min going to do a little still hunting with the bow before I make my way back to the blind around 3. Hoping with the wind and rain nothing will be able to hear me coming

    Calling it quits for the day, rain 43 and windy, again saw does walking in to my blind but nothing else. I think I'll just spend the day on the couch with my dog!

    Finally in my ground blind had a 20 yard stand off with. A tiny doe on my way in lasted 15 min or so just not ready to burn a tag on something that small yet!

    It looks like for this weekend I'm going to have to dig out my water proof stuff! Either that or sit in the ground blind

    Same here, she knows exactly what she signed up for, her family has 40 acres in Liberty and I know hunt there almost all season. As far as my fishing goes it works out great she is a pastry chef and goes to work at 2 am so she is asleep by 9. I just wait till she goes to bed and then I leave and fish, I just make sure I'm home before she wakes up. Over all it's the perfect situation

    Had a great weekend scouting the place in Liberty ! Saw a bunch of rubs some scrapes and a huge bed in front of one of my stands! Also saw a huge bear on the side of 52 on my way to dinner Sunday night

    We have about 8 trees 6 of which are heavy with apples I can see some chewed on the ground but only coyote crap just weird to me

    So I was up at camp over the weekend and noticed that unlike in the past there was no deer scar in the apple trees. We have 8 trees out behind the house and they usually get hit pretty hard.... I did notice some coyote scat in the area. What do you guys think could be the reason they aren't hitting the trees like usual

    Around 3pm October 2nd I'll be leaving work around 12 heading straight to camp and going to sit in a ground blind I set up for my girlfriend.... She will be joining me Saturday morning!

    Going up to camp tomorrow with my hunting buddy. Going to do a few last min prep things, a little scouting and shoot our bows. We both have the itch real bad and can't wait till October 1st. Tomorrow I will add pics from all our stands and blinds! I can't wait!

    Put in 3 new ladder stands, bough my girlfriend a bow. Put reflective tacks leading to my stands..... Oh and I bought a smoker
