Justice will be served when she is found not guilty of murder, or anything higher than involuntary manslaughter. Charges don't mean anything. In this case they are purely motivated by politics, as are you. Your name calling proves what a cop hater you are. Someday, when you call 911 and they show up to the scene, be sure to call them all that. I want them to know who you are. If someone is stupid enough to taunt police when they show up to do their job, refuses to comply with direct orders designed to keep everyone safe, then instigates their own demise, I have no sympathy for them, or anyone who thinks they were a victim of anything other than their own stupidity or insanity. -

You may have been educated on it, but it was done with lies. I don't know what you're reading, but you better start looking at other sources, not just the ones that support Islam. -

AT I don't know where you got your ideas from, but I can assure you that everything you "know" about Islam and Muslims, is wrong. I'm not going to waste time proving it to you either. Someone as brainwashed with propaganda as you are cannot accept the truth, even if it was completely indisputable. You obviously reject any historical information you see about Islam's past and it's attempts to conquer most of the world. Reading their book doesn't give you the historical facts about Islam. What they say doesn't align with what they did, nor what they do. I will tell you this, when a western country gets nuked in the future, it will be a Muslim country with an Islamic leader that did it. -

"Charlotte, North Carolina endured a second night of rioting after a crowd turned violent while protesting the police shooting of a black man on Tuesday. Rioting has become all too common when news of police shooting a black man hits the headlines. The interesting thing in Charlotte is that seemingly everyone involved in this current situation is black — from the officer who shot to the chief of police — and yet the excuse for justifying the rioting is still the same: "cops are racists." So how do so many people come to view those who commit crimes and resist police, or who riot and loot, as the victims, while declaring the villains to be those who pledge to enforce the law often at great personal risk? The answer lies in the fact that the Left has long peddled the narrative that law enforcement is inherently racist. Misleading statistics that depict a significant discrepancy in the percentage of whites versus blacks convicted of crime or in prison are provided as evidence to bolster the case that blacks are being unfairly targeted by law enforcement. The latest example of this was yesterday's Massachusetts Supreme Court ruling which concluded that black men have a legitimate reason to run from the police — fear of racism. The court cited a 2014 ACLU study that found 63% of those stopped by Boston's stop and frisk law were blacks, even though the black population in Boston sits at 24%. The charge was that the Boston police were "over policing" black neighborhoods. Boston Police Commissioner Bill Evans said that the ACLU study was "heavily tainted against the police department" and "didn't take into context who was stopped and why. That report clearly shows that we were targeting the individuals that were driving violence in the city and the hot spots." The court's ruling only serves to perpetuate the false narrative. The fact that blacks commit crimes at a higher rate is not due to the police. The idea that blaming the police for the poverty and high crime experienced within many poor, inner-city black neighborhoods is baseless. These rioters in Charlotte have been drinking the "cops are racists and I'm a victim" Kool-aid for their entire lives. Their race-hustling leaders have birthed a movement in Black Lives Matter that cares little for the truth and advocates outright racism as despicable as anything perpetrated by the KKK. Their message isn't reconciliation or responsibility or self-reliance but a message of victimhood, accusation and revenge. If the truth is not honestly confronted, preached and responded to, then this cycle of rioting and violence will only continue." Mark Alexander -

Crutcher Allegedly Attempted to Reach Into the SUV As the video from the helicopter begins, Crutcher was "angling" toward his car while Shelby repeatedly commanded him to stop, Wood said. His hands were still in the air. "As a police officer, you have to wonder — why would someone ignore commands at gunpoint to get to a certain location?" Wood said. Crutcher's arms came down, and he turned to face the car, Wood said, and he reached into the driver's side window with his left hand. That's when Shelby fired one shot and a fellow officer, Tyler Turnbough, deployed a Taser, Wood said. Shelby believed that when Crutcher attempted to reach into the car, he was retrieving a weapon, Wood said. In her interview with homicide detectives, she said, "I was never so scared in my life as in that moment right then," according to Wood. -

Then it's the only religion in the world that dictates the politics required by it's followers. -
The only thing I've ever heard about a 7600 that can be considered a drawback is mounting a scope requires locktite on the base screws, because the receiver metal is thin and they will shake loose if not properly glued tight. Many other rifles are fine without locktite but a 7600 requires it. Otherwise they are fine rifles if you like a pump action.

First off, radical Islam isn't a religion. It's a political ideology. I say anyone who wants to see them bomb Americans so as not to offend them, has a black soul. Either that, or they're just plain stupid. Too scared to do the freedom ride? Ever consider maybe I don't own a Harley? I have done more to protect this country, and am still involved in doing so, then you probably were ever capable of. I'll bet you would have soiled your drawers before you ever did any of the things I've done to serve this country and the people in it. Why the heck do you think I have such disdain for these invaders and what they are doing to my country? You're the one who's scared. Scared to stand up to political correctness and face the truth about what's happening. God forbid you acted like a man and took a stand against stupidity. -

Walter Williams is more than qualified to make this statement. Walter Williams: "The problem of black education begins long before college. The National Assessment of Educational Progress, known as The Nation's Report Card, shows that nationally in 2015, only 7 percent of black 12th-graders scored proficient in math, and only 17 percent did so in reading. This suggests that the average black 12th-grader has the academic proficiency of a white eighth- or ninth-grader. Consider the following question: If one admits 1,000 randomly selected eighth- and ninth-graders to college and admits 1,000 randomly selected 12th-graders, who do you think is going to come out on top? Who would be surprised if the eighth- and ninth-graders felt inferiority, oppression and insensitivity? The academic elite feel righteous seeing blacks on campus, even if they are severely mismatched. Black people must ask: Are we going to sacrifice our youngsters so that white liberals can feel good about themselves?" Unfortunately, they have been.

These two questions should be addressed to all candidates. Would you ever sign into law a Single Payer Healthcare system, giving total control of all citizen's healthcare to the government? Since Obamacare has proven to be a financial disaster and failure, in opposition to the promises made to the America people when it was pushed, would you demand it be repealed? These two issues affect every American. The answers from big government supporting candidates should scare the hell out of any intelligent voter.

Many of the terrorists in the US have never been abroad and don't belong to ISIS. They are inspired by ISIS. The only way to prevent their recruitment is to make them believe it is a very bad choice. That can only be done by destroying ISIS and it's supporters with extreme prejudice, thereby eliminating anyone's desire to emulate their murdering ideology. We are being asked to tolerate an ideology that preaches murder of innocent people. We also need to smack the crap out of anyone who asks us to do that. -

"Last night a protest over the killing of a black man by a black police officer erupted into rioting in Charlotte, North Carolina. The rioters shut down part of Interstate 85 and attacked police vehicles. Police sought to protect a nearby Walmart from looting and dispersed the rioting mob with tear gas. Evidently, some people think looting of stores is an acceptable means of protesting injustice since it happens after every one of these incidents. At least 12 Charlotte police officers were injured by the rioters. Once again the Leftmedia continues to promote the false narrative that all law enforcement is racist against blacks. Pointing to the recent shooting of an unarmed black man by police in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Hillary Clinton argued that the narrative is justified. "Maybe I can, by speaking directly to white people, say, look, this is not who we are," she said before the Charlotte riots broke out. "We have got to do everything possible to improve policing, to go right at implicit bias." What more "justification" did rioters need? The problem of assuming police racism before the completion of any investigation does nothing to promote true justice. Time and time again, as these investigations fully run their course, the police officers are exonerated. But that matters little to the Left. It's the narrative of "racist cops" that matters most, irrespective of the actual circumstances and facts of a particular incident. Consider it part of what Barack Obama's spokesman Josh Earnest recently called the "narrative battle." The trouble is, cops pay a heavy price in this war. This crusade by the Left against police is part of a larger effort to fundamentally transform America. History is reinterpreted through the prism of the Left's worldview. For the Left, guilt is established not by facts but by association. Terminology such as "white-privilege" and "alt-right" is invented to further the leftist/socialist ideology that America is fundamentally an unequal and unfair nation. Therefore, the "cops are racist" narrative is a tool used to justify pushing for the radical transformation of the nation into a socialist state." Mark Alexander BTW: The NC thug was black and was told about a dozen times not to reach for his gun. The officer that shot him was also black. How can anyone claim a black cop is racist and just wants to murder black people? Perhaps he knows black thugs are most likely to kill him, so he is prepared when they try. -

What you call a crime is often found to be anything but. Your bias has blinded you to the truth. The police hating people are the ones who are only the hand full. I examine all of the facts, not just face them. When the facts show the person got shot because of his own actions, it is not the police officer who is to blame. The criminal element is what has caused cops to start shooting when people do not comply with instructions. The police do not have the chance to make one mistake. People like you seem to be advocating police not be able to do their jobs. You must be a supporter of criminals and crime if that's what you want. -

Police shootings are on the rise. You don't think they should be on guard and hypersensitive to people who pose a threat? When the police stop going after these people, these people will be coming after you. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/10/us/defying-trends-killings-of-police-officers-are-on-the-rise.html -

You do not deserve a reply. You have a hatred for police that blinds you to the issues they deal with and their desire to stay alive. You are lower than whale feces. You are the type that celebrates killing cops. I have no fear of the police because I understand them and always make them feel safe and at ease whenever I encounter them. They have never shown me anything but appreciation and respect when I deal with them. It's the attitude you probably display towards cops that make your encounters with them so hostile. You are the problem. The police are not. -

As an aside, I'm fed up with this guy's anti police posts, jumping to conclusions before evidence is examined and the vulgarity he displays against police in his thread title. If the same thing were done to videos of blacks shooting cops, the posting party would be banished from the forum for life. This is hatred, and an attempt to incite hatred. To what end? Killing police? This needs to stop. -

First of all, the beginning of the situation isn't shown. We don't know what kind of insanity he displayed prior to the start of the video. The man had his vehicle in the middle of the road and it was running. He did not comply with officer instructions and all of his actions were nonsensical and made the cops nervous. When he got to his vehicle, against the warnings from police, he lowered his hands and appeared to be trying to open his car door, or put his hands in his waist band. At this point failure to comply is at a critical point, the point where cops get killed by non-compliant suspects. He was tazed to no effect. In the blink of an eye, he could pull out a gun and shoot. Nothing this guy did makes any sense if he wanted to live. All he had to do was comply and do what he was told, but he refused to do that. This guy was either high on drugs, or wanted to commit suicide by cop so his family could sue and walk away with millions. You wouldn't be seeing any of this on TV or the internet if he did pull a gun and shoot that cop. You fail to comply with a cop's orders, you are risking your own life. Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make poor choices. This cop surely didn't want to shoot this guy. She just wanted to go home to her family at the end of her shift, even if it meant shooting this guy. -

The only thing that recruits Muslims for ISIS and radical Islam is SUCCESS! The only thing that will prevent more recruits is total annihilation of terrorists and a complete end to any success they may ever hope to achieve. The Left's idea of placating, excusing, and not offending Muslims, is the exact opposite of what prevents them from being successful. Considering the tactics the Left has employed in it's handling of terror and radical Islam, it's hard to believe they don't know it. -
I love how your right to privacy, which is protected under the 14th amendment, can get you prosecuted by NY state. You should never have to give any reason to the government as to why you want to be left alone. "The essence of the law derives from a right to privacy, defined broadly as "the right to be let alone." It usually excludes personal matters or activities which may reasonably be of public interest, like those of celebrities or participants in newsworthy events. Invasion of the right to privacy can be the basis for a lawsuit for damages against the person or entity violating the right. These include the Fourth Amendment right to be free of unwarranted search or seizure, the First Amendment right to free assembly, and the Fourteenth Amendment due process right, recognized by the Supreme Court as protecting a general right to privacy within family, marriage, motherhood, procreation, and child rearing."
