If Cuomo had any consideration for the citizens at all, he would wear a mask just so they would not have to look at his ugly face all the time.

This puzzles me, because you and your family are the type of folks the Democrats couldn't care less about. You are not in a "protected class" as far as I know. You are not a victim of anything are you? You work and pay taxes and try to do the best you can. Meanwhile Democrats raise all of your taxes so they can spend more on things that do not benefit you or your family, work against the nuclear family and family values by promoting all sorts of policies that tear the nuclear family apart, try to destroy as many jobs as they can to promote dependency on big govt for survival, and eliminate as many of your individual rights as possible for the benefit of the "collective", which is tyranny against the individual. The fact they are the party of extreme "Gun Control" should be enough for any hunter, gun owner or lover of individual freedom of choice, to be adamantly opposed to ever casting a vote in support of any Democrat running for elected office. They all support their party's desire to eliminate the 2nd Amendment altogether, as the first step towards re-writing the entire US Constitution in their new utopian view of a "collectivist society", where all individual rights are eliminated and everyone works towards the "common good". In case your are not aware, that's all part of the global ideology of the Communist cabal. People like you and your family become grease for the wheels of the government machine under such a system. Doesn't sound like you are going to wind up with what is best for you and your family by voting to support leftist progressive Marxist totalitarian Democrats. When people come to realize you do support these things, it's only natural for them to perceive you as the enemy, albeit one who just isn't aware of it. That's why people like me, who want to enlighten you, are willing to point it out in hopes you might wake up. Because if it begins to succeed in America, there will be blood, and it will be ruthless. People who see the truth as outlined above would rather die on their feet, than live on their knees.

Upstate hospitals that are virtually shut down right now, are losing millions each week. Unless they are allowed to start doing what they do soon, they may not re-open at all. The idea is, non-essential surgery is something that isn't necessary because you won't die without it. Yet abortion clinics are open and operating without missing a beat. Liberal logic.

All states are saying no "non-essential travel", but they don't really enforce that. An over zealous cop might decide to issue a ticket for it, but a court would have to define what non-essential is. A money grubbing local judge could decide your travel was non-essential though.

Considering he's constantly under attack from leftists, and the media reports about him are 98% negative, I'd say he is letting the majority of the crap thrown at him roll off his back. The viciously biased attacks directed at him by his haters, are worse than any President in history has ever had to put up with. If anyone should STFU to make this country unify, it's Trump's haters.

One of the biggest "jerks" in WWII was Gen. George Patton. He got nailed for being a "jerk" a couple of times. However, he was the most effective field commander during WWII. Like Trump, results were all that mattered to him. A no BS fighter for America that epitomized what an American patriot should value. I think he would've liked Trump's Presidential style.

I'm not posting this for debate. I don’t need any comments. Just please consider this...when you think the President is a jerk... The bottom line has been that Trump IS a jerk. He’s crude, he bloviates, he gets his feelings hurt and he’s a hot head. Let me tell you what else he is. He is a guy that demands performance. He is a guy that asks lots of questions. The questions he asks aren’t cloaked in fancy phrases, they are “why the hell....” questions. For decades the health industry has thrown away billions of face masks after one use. Trump asks, “Why the hell are we throwing them away? Why not sterilize them and use them numerous times?” He’s the guy that gets hospital ships readied in one week, when it would have taken a bureaucrat weeks or months to get it done. He’s the guy that gets temporary hospitals built in three days. He’s the guy that gets industries to build ventilators and face masks in a business that’s highly regulated by agencies that move like sloths. He’s the guy that asks why we aren’t using drugs that might work on people that are dying; what the hell do we have to lose? In spite of all the naysayers. He’s the guy that shut down travel from China, when the liberals and the media were screaming xenophobia and racist. Now they are asking why didn't he react sooner? He’s the guy that ran on securing the border in the face of a screaming press and media. When he shut down borders in the midst of the coronavirus they were up in arms over such a draconian move. Then the rest of the world followed suit all over, including the European Union between member countries. Has he made mistakes, yep. Everyone I know would have. All of these experts wouldn’t have done any better. Trump is working harder than I’ve ever seen a President work. He isn’t hiding in his office, he’s out front every day. Take for instance, all the shortages of PPE’s and ventilators. I’m unaware of anything that prevented all of these governors from ordering all the PPE and ventilators for emergency purposes over the last two years. And yet, it is Trump’s fault that they didn’t. He’s balanced his approach and listened to the experts, when his detractors said he wouldn’t and couldn’t. When he offers hope, he’s lying and when he’s straight forward, he should be hopeful. It’s a no win, but he is not deterred by all of that BS coming from the press and the liberals. I’ll take this kind of leadership over a nice guy that can make eloquent speeches. And he doesn't take a paycheck. Cowboy logic... He is my President Copied this. Feel free to do likewise.

What the hell? They say get outdoors and get fresh air, sunshine and exercise, then they say we can't go fishing in a boat? Of course it's not essential, but it is something to do while staying away from other people. These govt people don't seem to know what the other hand is doing, or what's safe and what isn't. They're playing this whole thing by ear. Aggravating!

I have N95 masks and I'm sure they work really well. Once they come up with a vaccine, things will come back to normal (except for the mini chip implant they will implant with the vaccine)

Had about 2 inches on the ground in the morning, but it's gone already. Maybe another 2 inches by next morning, but that will be gone by noon too.

My daughter the nurse (unit manager) hasn't been home, around me or the grand kids for 3 weeks. She stays in the hospital's quarters and isn't allowed to leave. It's some kind of specialty care facility. They cater to all of her needs and pay her a huge bonus to stay and not take any days off. The kids and I are alone all day. Their aunt on the father's side takes them on weekends and she has been in self isolation for 4 weeks, as she is scared to death of the virus. I think I'm OK here.

They borrow it. Then the taxes go up and services go down.

I will avoid wearing a mask as much as possible by staying the hell away from everyone as much as possible. I know I'm not a carrier and only worry other's are. I will only go places I know people will not be getting close to me. I went to the super market a month ago and stocked up on everything I need to get by for at least a month. I'm eating less and losing weight too. That's a good thing, and from what I hear, not the norm. I stayed as far from everyone as I could and washed my hands as soon as I could afterwards. I keep busy watching the grand kids and working around the home. If I have to wear the mask I will, but it's to protect myself from others who might give me the virus. Don't come near me and you won't have to worry about me not wearing a mask. If you do not know about cross contamination, don't bother with gloves. They are meant for single use activity only. If you don't know how to properly remove them, you are wasting time wearing them. Unless you are going to have an entire box of latex gloves with you all day, you're better off washing your hands a lot and using hand sanitizer.

Some businesses do when the current law says you need to be wearing a mask to be in the store. Public servants cannot refuse to do their jobs if they don't quit, but can put parameters in place regarding how they interact with the public, like keeping distance and physical interaction.

These days I am more concerned about the grandchildren than myself. Watching them every week while my daughter goes to work at the hospital every weekday, has really got me thinking how screwed up the govt is and how much worse it's getting. They deserve better.

We have a term limit for the President. The reasoning was, too much time in office accumulates too much power. Congress is no different. That's why all the long serving members are all multi millionaires on a salary of $175,000 per year.

This one would certainly keep people far away from you.
