You guys in the sticks, hang tough.
-
Nice! My s/o drove over it and packed it down for me to clear later by hand. Luckily I fixed the snowblower with a couple of zip ties!
-
You might be there a while.
-
This should dull the pain in my lower back from shoveling.
-
Her car usually looks like a flash bang went off inside.
-
Sums up my thoughts on this matter.
-
That's pathetic. F them.
-
Completely agree, although the new F&S in Latham is nice. Now they can pound sand. I'll take the $2-3k/year normally spent at Dick's and go elsewhere.
-
I'll continue to buy all my hunting stuff at Cabela's.. in Delaware. I can jump on a good sale then use the free ship to store option. It's like a double F U to both Cuomo and Dick's because there is no sales tax in DE.
-
No. Your typical local gun shop will gladly sell you as many "compliant" rifles as you can afford. The bigger issue is the blatant caving and pandering by Dick's to the Liberal gun grabbers who want the government to possess and control all of the guns.

I don't like talking about that tragic boating accident in 2013.
-
You can feel the heat from those sad, searing dog eyes burning into your soul! "You has a bacon sammich and I has no bacon sammich"
-
That won't buff out if it hits ya.
-
What am I supposed to pick up all the dog poop with?
-
So glad this is now a year-round offering.

I wanted to grab a single to try something new, but saw a whole lotta "meh". Any 'must haves' in here that I missed? Small disclaimer: I've had the DFH World Wide Stout before and it's great, but not $10 per 12 oz. bottle buy a bunch more great.

Again, congrats!

Lucky cat, Jerry!

The battle,over gun rights
Jdubs replied to Nomad's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
I have a daughter in middle school so my thoughts on this are pretty simple: Prosecute the threats, harden the physical assets and post an armed guard(s). How we can justify doing all of those things to protect politicians, airports and athletes, but not our children is beyond comprehension. Parents had better get engaged in this process too; they are the first line of defense. Join whatever pro-2A group you'd like, but don't kid yourself believing that you can do nothing and politicians aren't trying to take your guns. They chip away at our Right daily. These Socialists cherry pick the tragedies that fit their agendas and ignore the rest. It's happening now. And for what? All because the very government people are screaming that law-abiding gun owners should submit to completely failed those kids! A Sheriff's office that had 39 prior interactions with the shooter and did NOTHING. Our illustrious FBI that completely IGNORED not one, but two specific and credible reports that this kid was a threat. And ultimately, as kids were being gunned down, four Sheriff's deputies that stood outside behind cover like COWARDS. 17 kids are dead and the Sheriff is on tv BRAGGING that he did an "AMAZING" job. Sickening. My heart goes out to every single one of those families. Nothing will ever bring those kids back. Not banning AR-15 rifles, firing all of the LEO's who did nothing or screaming at each other online or in person. All you can do is protect what is yours, including your Right to Keep and Bear Arms. -
Legit.

You are living the dream brother.

Seems like a moment of silence would be in order. And something barrel-aged.
-
Solid 3some right there.

Adirondack Loj at Heart Lake might have some sites left and they also have shower houses. You can have camp fires there and Mt. Jo would be an easy hike with kids. Kayaks and canoes available too. https://www.adk.org/stay/wilderness-campground-at-heart-lake/

That's a good friend right there to share that.
