It’s been a pretty crappy 10 days in the Moho house so this afternoon I told everyone to get dressed and we where headed out to hit the local trail through the woods. Spotted 7 deer in one area they didn’t care we where there just watched us for a while then went back to eating. I could have sat down and watched them for hours. I’m not a ballistics expert guy at all so what I’m about to say means nothing. I’m not impressed with the 6.5 penetration at all. As a target load it’s fantastic but the field results I’ve seen are less than stellar. Not a lot of pass throughs on short range shots. Perhaps this 6.8 at a little heavier will accomplish what the 6.5 lacks. In the meantime I’ll stick with my tried and true 30-.06 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Snow Plowing With An ATV

Pulled the trigger and brought home a 2018 today. Only thing it doesn’t have I wish it did is the 36 gallon gas tank but honestly it’s not a huge deal. Local place to me had some 9mm in stock a few weeks ago. If I remember right it was 30 cents a round for steel cased. Not horrible compared to prices I’ve been hearing but still more expensive than before the shortages started. I’m being optimistic so I didn’t pick any up at that price but probably should have.
