  1. You're a braver man than I for asking this.... I know too much about you guys already
  2. When out to dinner waitress always brings water.... My Dad.." I'm thirsty not dirty, how bout a beer.". "Water is great for going under bridges but you don't drink it."
  3. Def not using 2 weeks of sick time unless a season is open. I would be pissed to be off for two weeks in March. Lol. And had to use all that time off. I've already put in for fishing and hunting time off right thru to gun season.
  4. Sounds like a great night and dinner. But you better correct your spelling teach before the Mrs sees this....lol.
  5. Mushroom and spinach omelette with pepper jack cheese. Over some crispy hash browns. Constanzas home made knockoff maple blueberry sausage. And Charlie had eggs over kibble.
  6. Does he do fish too? My guy is semi retired and only does a very few deer anymore. He doesn't do any fish at all now. Hoping I don't get a big fish to mount but never know, it would have to be a showstopper. But not sure how much longer he is even gonna do deer. He is great at both and a real artist. But he's older and been doing them for 45 years. Don't know of any other good places in the area. So in case he can't do a buck if I get one, might look up your guy.
  7. Buffalo chicken salad. Also a Mich light trying to get skinny like Liz Warren. Lol. Sure. I drowned the lettuce enough to be sure that doesn't happen.
  8. That's the goods right there. Not much better than perch fillets. Points off for a cucumber beer though.
  9. Is this their way of telling you not to eat this without cooking it so you don't die....lol. never seen this on a package of lettuce before.
  10. are you trying to shade Crappy's special day..... i hope he isnt triggered.....
  11. Glad its not "E' Bola baskets! we have enough to worry about now.
  12. this kinda stuff is what worries me. Folks that work from home or in an office is one thing but boots on the ground out for 14 days + is not good, or whole operations being closed for periods of time. That and the Dow taking a beating. Esp if the market closes for a quarantine. Not so afraid of personally getting the sickness itself, I worry about the effects of trying to contain it. And then the added risk of this plus flu every year to people that are most vulnerable. Just have to watch and see how it plays out. The actual physical acts of trying to contain it may have more effect on the US population than the sickness itself.
  13. too afraid that the water will be IN it ! Small craft here ... small craft. Cmon i bought a smaller boat just so you wouldnt make me go on the Greats!
  14. ive fished Otisco before. Been a few years. We caught some nice bass. One day three of us went just for tigers. My one buddy brings this rubber fish that was about 9" long and he rigged it with a steel leader and a treble. It was so big he would open the bail on the reel and throw it out instead of casting it. LOL and of course we busted on him all day.....and then he caught a 30" tiger on it. LOL
  15. it is interesting that the walleye have been doing so well. The bass have definitely dropped off though. Dont get near the amount we used to and i hear that a lot from other fisherman as well. A lot of people say it has to do with the Gobies but i have yet to clean a walleye and find a goby in it.
  16. went to one 3D shoot and they had a gator and the kill/shooting spot was behind the leg......no....gator got it in the beaner! My all time best 3D shot. Hit a turkey in the head and it came off and stuck in the buck behind it. 2fer.
  17. already bought a new one. Its in storage and ready to go!
  18. both are great spots! Caught a bunch from both. When i was a kid we used to wade off Godfrey at night and catch em.
  19. Cmon out plenty for everyone! Not Erie but looking to be a good year. Just hoping they all arent 14 3/4" lol
  20. only thing is now if i go out and get skunked one day - i have zero excuse! Fishing buddy Corey is already planning on some new fishing techniques to try out this year. Last year we added a planer board system (thanks Andrew! ), this year he wants to try weed walleyes and slip bobbers. But looking like a good season!
  21. This pile sits in my huntandfish room ready to go for new boat. Getting twitchy waiting for spring!!! Hell my rods are rigged and tackle bag is packed.
