11/20: My Dad has a pretty bad cold and didn't go out this morning, but it sounds like he will go out this afternoon based on his email below to me: Tommy, I just feel I really need to go out today, even for just a few hours. 11/19: while I was at work, my dad hunted dark to dark. At 930am he saw the 1 pointer (that we saw during Xbow) come out of the pines. He never saw my dad and walked past him in the open valley about 60yards away. He saw nothing the rest and will hunt state land the next 2 days to give the private land a break before we hunt it together on Saturday and Sunday. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Good luck. Probably the hardest North American game to target and kill. They will hit the bait the day before and day after you hunt. I've gone on 2 wolf hunts and never seen one. Belo - When was the last time you killed a buck with archery equipment from the ground, as opposed to hiding in a tree stand? How do you feel about the bowhunters out west who could give 2 craps about scent control, because everything is spot and stalk based on wind?

Same question I have. If shooting from a table or your resting on your knees, that's fairly decent. If your shooting groups like that from a lead sled type of rest, I think you have some serious work to do.
