Id prefer to live farther up north in ny on land I could hunt on. Unfortunately even working in Westchester doesn't even come close to the pay in nyc. If I didn't have to work, tough question. So many great states out west with multiple species of game. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk 2

Katrina was a crazy disaster. The people who actually evacuated with their firearms when they were advised to leave, kept their guns. Anyway, because of all the publicity the "Katrina Gun Confiscation" got, it will never happen like that again in the U.S. If it did, it would be up to the gun owners to stand up for themselves, unlike the people of new orleans who handed theirs over. Cool, thanks. Guess a better question first is can I legally carry a pistol while hunting in PA during archery season with my xbow? Isn't it illegal to do so while archery deer hunting in NY?

Should I be reaching out to the closest PA county to where I live? or the PA county where I will be hunting deer in 2013 (about 5 hrs away)?
