    Acorns have been hit and miss on the spots I've hunted so far. Some lots, some less than normal and some varied within a few yards. The last spot I hunted had loads of acorns near the swamp, but 50 yds away, barely any. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

    The doe I killed today was within 30 yds of a stand that was probably used recently as there was sign of a recent deer gutted within 50 yds of the stand. You can burn stands out, but if the deer are using an area, just moving a few yards away can make a difference. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

    I've been on stand since 1. Saw a hawk, 2 small does and a bunch of squirrels. Not sure what made the 2 deer run. Pretty sure neither saw me or smelled me. Still that's more than I saw yesterday. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

    Got mine yesterday. Good tip on loosening the back cap to avoid accidentally turning on in pack. That is my main complaint with my Black Diamond headlamp. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

    Lowered my bow, looked up and saw a big brown blob that wasn't there before. Could not make out much, but it was a big deer and it ran off. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

    Spike and a slightly bigger buck came in to about 50 yds. The spike bedded. The other bucks out of view, but presumed bedded after working a licking branch. Hope they move before sunset. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

    Today's hunt was uneventful until right at sunset when a doe and spike came through. The doe busted me at 10 yds. Not bad, the deer stuck around a while and I waited for them to move off. Then the doe started blowing. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
