I have bow hunted for over 10 years. I started with a recurve compound, then 4 years ago started using a compound with release, wisker biscuit, peep sight, fiber optic sights, ect. I bought a crossbow this year to try. Imho I did not find the crossbow easier than my compound. I think it is a bit harder with more traditional equipment but todays compound bows are as traditional as todays crossbows.

I use 5 fingers to hold the front,use 4 fingers on the stock and 1 on the trigger. Nope not sarcasm, thats how its done.

I would be for it. Perhaps would get more people interested in hunting. It doesn't matter to me what people use to hunt. We all have different levels of ethics.

Hook up scan tool and bleed dump solenoids in abs module. Have to do on all wheels. Also a pressure bleeder maybe required or a hose off bleeder into a bottle of brake clean. Brake fluid attracts moisture and thats how it can get into system. They probably didnt fix the issue to begin with. Sounds like proportion valve.

When i was younger I wanted to live in Alaska off the grid, but now I like running water, flushing toilets, electric, and the basics like toilet paper and beer. I enjoy camping for a week, but wouldn't want to live like that. Could I, maybe, hope to never find out.

May 19th going for our annual trip to black lake to fish for crappie and pike. My father and I go every year. Just bought a pioneer 500. Planning an atv camping trip with wife and kids this summer too. We haven't decided where yet though so open to ideas. Kids are adults.

I love finding old dumping stations in the woods. Old beer cans and medicine bottles. My favorite thing to find are the old rotted tree stands that are falling down. I will set up there cause somebody new something and went through alot of time carrying in those supplies to put them up. Deer tend to follow the same patterns for generations and them old timers spent the time to find the deer.

I am located in the fingerlakes area.

Wanna use it for stand movement and small plot work. Moving things in and out of woods. And snow plowing a small driveway. I like the electric shifting auto.transmission honda has. I did look at the ranger 500 but i worry about the belt slipping.

I am gonna get a new side by side. I am looking to stay under 10,000. The pioneer 500 seems the best one so far. Smaller width, enough power, shifting transmission, and I think it will hold its value. Only thing it doesnt have is a dump box, but not really a big deal. Anybody have or use one? Thanks

I think fsw/rwh has alot of knowledge on whitetails and hunters. He is not wrong on his assessment nor correct. We all are after multiple things when we hunt, not just one specific thing. I personally enjoy his knowledge of whitetails and would like to pick his brain. I have taken 2 nice bucks and had both mounted. Another one European done. The rest are on the outside of my garage for the neighborhood to see. About 18 buck in all. I have a spot I have tried to kill a mature deer at for about 3 years with no success. I would love insite. I will spend more time and money for hunting deer than I should because I like it and its my choice. I do not want to pay more for a license. When I spend money on a license it isn't really a choice and it doesn't get used for the resource it is intended for

I dont think you can use to hunt, but scouting would be ok. See trails from overhead, bedding in golden rod, ect.

Kids just got me one for Christmas. Still learning how to fly it but think its gonna be a helpful scouting tool
