Bear in 4G

We always knew we had them, just could never get a pic of one. Finally here he is. I have no clue on judging bears, does this look like a mature boar?

Great pic...next time your out there get a measurement on the branches from the pine behind him...give you a good idea....Just had bear drag off the galvanized garbage can I keep our 50# bags of chicken feed...found it up in the neighbors woods...thank fully the top wasn't bungee strapped and came off with out him destroying the can...don't know why he took it so far...empty bag was near the coop

Tough to tell but the ears look pretty big in relation to the head size. Usually indicated a younger bear. Probably about the size where Momma kicked him out for her next breeding.

Nice pic it def looks like a younger bear. Probably around 150-200 lbs. Just put out 2 cams in 4g last weekend. Ill be checking them in 3 weeks when i can get back up there.

Excuse me but if this site would allow going back and editing...... I would have caught that...It's not grammar...it's typing...and thoughts being able to flow faster than my two fingers can move

Now I could put up a big DISCLAIMER...in regards to my lack of typing skills and failing to proof read due to posting and running before hitting send....

Ok getting back to the post, I went back and measured the knot in the tree above his nose and he is about 5'10" to the nose. I think I would pass on him if I had a chance. Seems a little small.
