Spikes Grow Up Too!

I got a pic of a piebald spike in '06. Then I got pics of him again in '07 and saw that he was sporting a basket 8pt rack! Pretty neat and no one can dispute it's not the same buck! He's pretty identifyable!

Actually, if you look closely at the tall skinny tree in the background, the pics were taken in the exact same spot too! Never saw him or got any more pics of him!

I don't know where he's been the past couple of years. I know the surrounding landowners and I think if someone got him they would have mentioned it.

Probably the best trail cam picks I have seen. Tells it all. It wasn't too long ago we all thought a spike is a spike and won't get any bigger.
