Sure miss hearing those dogs chasin' a rabbit. Dad used to have beagles & loved his rabbit hunting. Nothing like a pack of beagles on the trail of a rabbit. Could listen to them all day.

Is Hunter Sullivan's dog a purebreed? Has unusal (to me..) markings, like a basset mix. Gorgeous dog, just isn't your typical everyday looking beagle.

Wow I sure miss having my rabbit dogs, but due to health and age 71. I no longer can hunt with walking in brush all day, got a bad right leg. But sure miss having a pack, had 9 dogs at one time, and would run both brown and white....good looking dogs you have, all 15inch ???? SOme do look like 1/2 basset ???

pure awesomeness. my uncle used to hunt with his beagle before he passed. always looked like a great time to be in the woods with your dog.

Where did you get all those rabbits? I live in orange county and there used to be tons of rabbits. Now I come across one or two, but nothing like it used to be. There are a lot of cats running around outside, which I truly believe decimate the rabbit population. I have seen several cats in the spring time running around with baby rabbits in their mouths. They don't even eat them, they just kill for the sake of killing.
