132 eight pointer
This is from the N.Y. Assembly session this week on the Safe Act.This man is right on the mark differentiating between rural and urban area gun restrictions. For the record,I don't own any "assault weapons" however I am angry at the 7 round max clip limit and the way this bill was rushed to law without more thought involved. ants
He was great. This video was the second part of his questioning of this little rat. In the first part he asks the rat what a citizen should do if 2 or 3 scum bags burst into their home and 7 rounds are not enough to stop them. The rat stammers for a sec. and replies "put another clip in" Like that is so simple to do, under pressure and while facing multiple assailants. We are dealing with agenda driven scum, who care nothing about our rights. Edited January 20, 2013 by ants
Mr VJP
The minority opinion in NY seems to be the intelligent one. How did idiots get elected into the majority? Idiot electorate.
Doc
Ok, I was listening to this gentleman bringing up just about all the points that we have brought up here. All good points and really un-arguable, just like when they were brought up here. And yet the madness continues. And yet the anti-gun people ignore all that and carry on with their campaign to justify this worthless legislation. So I have to ask, doesn't this all show that the opposition really doesn't care about real solutions to gun violence (or any other kinds of violence)? Doesn't all this determined willful ignorance show that there is a political agenda that is quite separate from the mass murders of those children other than simply using them as a catalyst to advance their anti-2nd Amendment agenda. These people are just blood-sucking carrion eaters that have been patiently biding their time for the next opportunity. They have used those deaths simply as a convenient tool to push gun elimination legislation.

You are 100% correct. The only conclusion, a rational person could draw from this nonsencical bill, that was rushed through under the cover of darkness, is that it is was created as a huge blow to the 2nd amendment. This is the ultimate example of dishonest, sleazy politicians.
WNYBuckHunter
I heard someone tell me last week that the phrase "Guns dont kill people, people kill people" was a "myth" and "urban legend". This person is a business owner with a degree from a very reputable university. I looked at them like they had an arm growing out of their ass, and shook my head in disgust as I walked away.

Book smart and common sense/real world smart are two totally different things. There are a lot of egg heads walking around out there, who are totally convinced that they are way smarter than the average Joe, just because they have a degree. ants
Has anyone ever heard a news report or heard a police spokesman say, something to the effect, " A Colt model 1911 .45 cal. semi automatic pistol shot and killed a man, out side of a popular night club yesterday"?????? Of course no one has because that would be STUPID!!!

nyantler
I had the chance to watch the entire bill discussion in the legislature.. if you get a chance... watch it.. most of the new bill questions are answered...many answers of which are very vague... you won't be disappointed as the Dems are unable to answer some of the questions with any level of intelligence... some of the Dem responses and statements are laughable at best and show how little grasp they really have on gun culture.. one Dem legistalor from Westchester County even makes the statement that he will not stop until all guns and ammo are banned in NY. Then of course there was the usually tickling of the governors nuts by the Dems pointing out how couragous he was to slip this bill through in the dark of night.
