Almost looks like Japanese knotweed, except for the additional leaves. Between the main staggered leaves.  I've been battling a huge infestation at the farm for a few yrs. It's not easy to get rid of. 

Never heard of pokeweed. But know that I know what it is, I'll keep a eye out for it.

It’s a neat plant, cooked it is rich in many vitamins and nutrients, eaten raw it can make you sick or kill,you . Save that for me , I’ll make the Mrs a salad .
