Been out a couple times. No yotes down yet. Gonna be lots of gutpiles for them to clean up soon!

I normally here coyotes during bow seaseon

and get a shot at them but i didn't here or see

any at all this year...after deer seaseon is over

the 22-250 comes out and i go after coyotes

I actually prefer the dark nights. With the moon so bright, they can see everything and I feel that they don't like to come out in the open as much.

I have really taken' a liking to hunting 'yotes once deer season is over. Love hunting them at night, what a rush! Going to try some decoy tactics this year.

I was out squirrel hunting last weekend and I saw one running off into the woods. A black and grey and a scary looking beast.  I didn't have a chance at a shot.

Saw a 3 leg coyote this am. I thought about shooting it but wanted to get a deer first. Besides I figured it he survived getting his leg ripped off somehow and still eats and stays healthy then good for him. I don't think he would e able to keep up with a deer anyhow

Yeah it's an old abandoned orchard. Those apple trees are probably close to 100 years old, if not more.

No yote hunting for me yet, right after rut ill be out a lot. Normally wait until  after deer season but I have been hearing a lot of them and seeing piles of hair loaded poo all over the trails.
