I'll start with the typical, then work up to the Non-typ.

I have some prefect bucks on the wall so I would probably shoot the non-typical. I actually like the different looking racks.

Typically I'd go with the non typical, but since this is not a typical hunting scenario, I might take a non typical approach and take the typical.
