Congratulations, I received mine a few years ago

I have received a 5 , 10 , 15 and 20 year patch for doing the surveys over the years .

Got the same as Fast Eddie. 5,10,15&20.  A few years after I got the 20, they stopped sending me the surveys.  Don't know if they have a 25 patch?

They do have a 25 year patch. I found this pic on DEC website.
