As of February 7th, spectrum will no longer be carrying CBS. Channel 8 in the Rochester area you will have to find an alternative channel to watch the Super Bowl

Easy fix......Just need an antenna to plug into the TV and do a channel search. Most Rochester channels are easy to acquire with even the cheap ones sold at Walmart.

I have a decent antenna mounted outside and can get around 47 channels. Don't hear too much good about Spectrum these days.
