Gun safe sale at BJS

My family member is an employee at the BJS store in Johnson City NY, he advised me he just marked safes down half off and had 11 of them left. Seem pretty nice for the money, fire and water proof. 

Weighs about 340lbs and their staff will not help you, my dad and i managed to move two of them with a flat cart and dolly once we were home. 5 left in this current store as of last night.

That is a heck of a deal, those safes can be a real bear to move. Back when I worked in my buddy's gun shop he sold Browning safes, they were massive and heavy, it would take 4 guys to make a delivery to our customers. Congrats to you and your Dad.

Funny I got the email from Tractor supply this week. Had a safe 335 marked down to 299 then in store special $99. Had 5 in bath ny. I went in and asked about the deal and was turned down. Said it was a corporate mistake.

I just moved 2 Cannon safes each over 500lbs. We used the tractor with heavy duty straps and got them onto a small Dolly. My buddy said it would hold twice the size. I was amazed.

I bought my safe in 2001 and moved it into my home and we moved a year later. I found even though it's a pia I remove the door so it gives you a grip area. 800 lbs is no joke going up n down staircases
