I believe they are Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Tioga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Delaware, Steuben

 

That would be the southern tier, not the southern zone. Two very different things, although I knew what you meant Culvercreek. :)

Dave asked above about the southern 'zone' when I think he meant the southern 'tier' mentioned in an earlier post.

Yeah. He responded to my souther tier comment so I figured that is what he meant.
