That means You pay an FFL fee and go through the background check & paper work BS. In some cases where the two parties know each other well enough, I assume that they just give the gun (long gun anyway) to the other person and avoid the Little King Cuomo ..SAFE ACT bull . Dom Posted January 10, 2015 Author Share Posted January 10, 2015 It took alot of talking and he and I decided to go to gunshop and he purchased his very own.Very happy he is not anew firearm but new to him.We picked up a Mossberg 500 with both slug and bird for 175 out the door.
