acorns

There is alot of acorns on the oaks on eastern Long Island. How about the rest of the state? Any in your neck of the woods?

Just a few trees..but we had a big drop after a heavy frost/ freeze in late spring.

Minimal here, we have mostly red oaks, there are some but not loaded with them.

 

Beachnuts however are loaded.

Our reds and whites are loaded. Now if it doesn't drought so they fall off prematurely.

Hickory trees are loaded. The branches are bending.

Lesser than avg hard mast- lots of soft mast esp pears
